This family hotel is really worth it for work activities... I really like it here. Keep it up and improve it.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Since the hotel is only 30 minutes from my house, I decided to use my motorcycle for easy access. However, I really regretted it on Saturday afternoon, as I couldn't park my motorcycle downstairs because the parking lot was full. I was then directed to park with the employee parking lot. Hmm, as a guest, I was annoyed. Why are guests being told to park in the employee area? There should be a dedicated space for guests. It felt like being treated like a stepchild, haha, but that's okay. In the future, please provide a space for motorcycle parking, even if it's full of cars; motorcycles are small. The hotel's location is safe, close to restaurants, healthcare facilities, batik tourism, ATMs, and minimarkets, so it felt safe and comfortable. The hotel smells very fragrant, a calming scent. Every corner smells good, I love it. The staff service is excellent, helpful, friendly, and awesome. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent work. I hope the salary is adequate for your dedication. It's sad, sometimes, that even well-performing human resources sometimes receive salaries that aren't worth it (I'm not talking about the hotel in question, but the reality is that there are still many companies like that). The breakfast menu on the first and second days wasn't much different, so I got a bit bored on the second day, but that's okay. The menu is extensive, varied, and the taste is decent. There's a coffee bar where you can request hot or iced coffee (the coffee is delicious, by the way). During the meal, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Huh, you guys are the best. Of the several hotels I've stayed at in Solo, Zigna has the best service. A big plus. There's a water dispenser outside the room, making it easier for guests who get thirsty. They have a smart TV (log in with your personal account), but there's a slight problem with the Wi-Fi; the signal is weak and intermittent. Hopefully, there's an improvement. 👍 Thanks

First time staying here, strategic location, nice and spacious room for a deluxe room, unfortunately some things like the pillowcases were a bit dirty from stains, but when I complained, they were replaced immediately, the service was really helpful, hopefully they can continue to maintain the quality.

a pleasant experience and suitable for families who bring parents and children.. thank God staying for 3 nights was truly memorable and satisfying.. cleanliness is maintained, friendly and helpful staff, very Javanese vibes, refreshing hotel aroma and especially the breakfast menu is very complete and always changes every day with a varied menu and is suitable for parents.. thank you zigna for providing a memorable experience and definitely if we go to solo we will stay at zigna hotel again.. maintain and continue to improve the quality..

It was a great stay at Zigna Kampung Batik. My first impression was that the lobby was fragrant and comfortable, and most importantly, all the staff were friendly and smiling. From the security guard, the bakery lady, the batik lady, the receptionist, the customer service representative, everyone offered "can I help you?" Their friendliness put us in a great mood as guests. Keep up the friendly and smiling staff, Zigna Kampung Batik👍👍. This 4-star hotel is commensurate with its facilities and service. We stayed in a Deluxe Premier room with a balcony. The breakfast was top-notch for the Solo area, which tends to be mostly sweet, but the restaurant's food was delicious. It suited everyone's palate, especially me, who's from Surabaya (I love savory and salty foods🤭😁). There's a wide variety of breakfast options. The Korean Garlic & Croissant at "Sogan Patisserie"... beuuugh, it tasted great👍. Despite all the positives, there's still one downside for future improvements. The bathroom slope isn't quite right, causing water to pool in the sink, and the drain smells a bit. The room isn't soundproof, but otherwise, everything else is fine. Hopefully, this will be addressed and things will improve further. Best of luck to all the staff at Zigna Kampung Batik. We'll definitely stay there again next time.

Everything was great, the room, the facilities, and the foods, but only the check in need a bit longer and we wait almost an hour to get the bed ready.
