Hotel was wonderful. Very relaxing. Clean and modern. A bit different than most Italian hotels.
Large shower and bathroom. Large closet. The breakfast was amazing. All employees we dealt with were professional, helpful and very friendly. I have traveled many places and this hotel is at top of list.
Since it was off-season (mid Sept) the price was very reasonable. We did not use any spa services. Wish all hotels were this inviting and relaxing.

We had rented the apartment and it was very nice, clean and cosy.
Fortunately we did not have to cook nor eat onsite because it is really not equipped to do any kind of cooking. Maybe a trashcan in the kitchen could be useful also?
Beyond this, the breakfast was nice and staff very friendly.
We had just a big issue when checking out where they wanted us to pay 179 EUR for cleaning and other fees... it was 99 80 and I did not understand what it was for. I showed them that we had already paid property fees online and after 10 minutes discussions these fees where removed.
I would recommend to be careful when checking out.

Very modern hotel, beautiful rooms and good position. The breakfast is excellent during the weekends but gets more modest during the week. I love the fact that the rooms have parquet, however I would add the moquette to the hall as the rooms are not very soundproof (really a pity as it's otherwise such a modern hotel!). The staff is nice and polite, but one detail really bothered me: I made (and paid) the reservation, but still the invoice, a goodbye email the hotel sent (to my email-address) and even the key card had only my husbands name on them! It may be ok in the masculine culture of the southern Italy but personally I found it just strange and a bit offensive.

L’hôtel est très mal insonorisé, on entend ce qu’il se passe dans la chambre voisine. Le ménage est très bien fait mais il est désagréable de retrouver les lavettes de nettoyage posées sur mon linge propre dans ma valise Nous sommes très déçus de cet hôtel
