This was such a charming find, an oasis amidst the chaos of amazing Pompei. With access to several entrances to the archaeological site, its location is convenient. Room was spacious, classic decor, beautiful setting with the fruit trees and garden set off if the Main Street. The staff and service was perfect. I didn’t want to leave.

Very nice hotel and conveniently located very near to the southeast entrance to the Pompeii ruins. It is also located within a reasonable walking distance to two stations on two different rail lines, providing access to all of Italy.

If you are looking for 5-star accomodations within a stone's throw of one of the less crowded entrances to the Pompeii ruins, Hotel Forum is the perfect stay! Comfortable, well fitted rooms. Nice breakfast. Very centrally located. We loved that Hotel Forum has many restaurants nearby and one on site. This is a busy area and there was construction going on while we were there which made it feel a bit more hectic, but the fact that the hotel has its own garden area makes you feel like you're transported away from the hustle and bustle once you go through the entry.

The location of the hotel was amazing, just in front of the Pompeii archeological site. In addition to it’s great location for visiting Pompeii, several shops and boutiques right beside. Although, no need to go eat out, because the restaurant of the hotel was wonderful, serving freshly made, home cooked family recipes. Luigi, on of the owners, with his sister, work very hard to provide excellent service and can meet all of your needs. He helped us find a last minute driver to the Amalfi coast (over 1h away) when our scheduled ride was cancelled last minute. He provided us with helpful tips, and was so kind a generous throughout our stay. The room was perfect and the hole establishment was renovated and well maintained. The breakfast was to good to be true, and the restaurant in the lemon garden was so beautiful, we wish we could have stayed there longer, had we known how wonderful it was! My husband and I highly recommend it.

A lovely base for a busy schedule The hotel was conveniently located opposite the entrance to Pompeii which gave easy access. Our room was spacious, kept cool with the air conditioning with a firm but comfortable bed. The bathroom was plentifully suppled with complimentary toiletries which smelt divine! We had a Juliette balcony overlooking the access road and also a seating area outside our door overlooking the garden which was nice to sit in the evening after our meal. The garden is a true delight with a grape vine clad terraced area with copious laden lemon trees that give a welcome retreat to have a relaxing drink or read a book after a busy day. I’d recommend eating on an evening here too as it’s lit with fairy lights with the food delicious & service impeccable. There’s also a sun terrace & solarium if you like to relax in the sun☀️ Only negative point was there wasn’t a glass to drink from in the room (only plastic ones in the mini bar)
