The staff is very helpful, the room is clean and the amenities are also complete. Towels and other necessities are changed and supplied every day. The hotel is near the station and next to a family mart, so you don't have to worry about finding snacks or breakfast.

The hotel is very comfortable and convenient. My only issue was the breakfast situation. When we checked in we were told there was breakfast for 1500 yen, from 7 to 10 am. Next morning we showed up and the restaurant people were very rude, yell at us to leave and shoved me a paper on my face yelling I needed a voucher. No-one mentioned any vouchers. A large tour checked in and they gave these people preference because they work with a local company, and the rest of us who were there BEFORE didn’t count.

Everything was great. The only drawback is that the room was very small. The only place to open your suitcase is right in front of the door or on the bed. Other than that, everything was good and I would recommend
