Really good place to stay, especially for winter at Hakuba. The facility got all the things you needed, the cooking utensil, microwave, heater, and many more. You name it. The staff was really good, really fast reply when I ask about the check-in process because I arrived late at night and forgot to ask beforehand as it stated to contact them 3 days earlier but I forgot. Really glad they response so fast and can check-in smoothly. Thank you for the stay. Really recommended it 👍
