Lovely quiet location in Ueno. Train stations and food options not far away. Great staff. Rooms clean and tidy and little extras like providing charger cable and deodorizer for shoes were appreciated. They also held our luggage after check out so we could fill in some hours shopping before heading to the airport. Great hotel. Would recommend and stay again when I return to Tokyo.

Great location. Walking Distance to Ameyoko-cho and Akihabara. 2 train stations within 5-10 minutes walk including the Yamanote line. Several restaurants within a few blocks. Definitely recommend

The neighbourhood felt safe and we were a short walk to the train station. The staff were quick and friendly. Rooms are a bit tight, so if you have big luggage you have to be mindful of space.

Decent 10 mins walk to JR Okachimachi station. Plenty of shopping and food options around the station. There's a AEON store just two streets away for your grocery needs. Staff were awesome. Courteous, helpful, and friendly. Only suggestion is to vacuum or clean the carpets more often. Saw the dust under the beds when trying to retrieve an item that rolled under. Our kids also sneezed quite a bit, seemingly from the dust in the room. Booked another stay next April. Hope to see some improvement in the cleanliness. Thanks !

Staff are very helpful and courteous and. hotel is near the transportation line metro & JR lines. Excellent hotel. I would stay again and again while in Tokyo. Highly recommended to those staying in Tokyo. Everything you need is just within easy reach, walking distance. You won't regret booking at this hotel.

This is the second time I stay at this property in a lapse of 7 years in between the trips, and without doubt I will not hesitate if a future trip arises. The staff is super polite and well educated at all times, they gave us the room we did request at higher floor, the space in the room is larger than the average in hotels in Japan at this price range. The location is perfect, with the JR lines and metro lines literally next door, plus the Ueno station 10 mins walking distance where you can arrive directly from Narita, or get the Shinkansen towards the north-east. Plenty of convenience shops near you, and walking distance to Asakusa, one of the busiest places in Tokyo, yet where the hotel is, super quiet and relaxed. Also, Akihabara is some 15-20 mins walk away! Extremely clean and well kept, the only downside I have to say is the breakfast, a bit poor in terms every day is pretty much the same with sausages and scrambled eggs plus some Japanese style breakfast dishes, of course toasts, juice, tea/coffee, that's all good. In any case, it is enjoyable as it is tasty, only little choice.
