Comfy and style hotel. Location is walking distance from Nagoya Station, convenient stalls nearby

The room is quite narrow. Parking is not very convenient because you have to park at another place that the hotel has contacted and walk to the hotel because the parking behind the hotel belongs to another place which is very expensive.

The hotel is very comfortable. Not far from the station entrance. Many foods around the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for 3 nights. All of the staff that we encountered during our stay were able to communicate in English very well, not to mention they were also friendly and helpful. They helped with takuhaibin process and even explained everything in detailed for us as we were a first timer. Located around 10 minutes walk from Meitetsu Bus Center, 15 minutes from Meitetsu Nagoya Station and add another 5 minutes from JR Nagoya Station Sakura-dori exit. It can be quite challenging to walk to the hotel from both station if you have a lot of luggage, so better get a taxi. Check-in and check-out process were easy and smooth and amenities were provided near the front desk to take. Room looked exactly like it was in the picture and quite small and narrow. What I like the best were the mattress and pillows, very soft and comfortable. There are also several konbinis near the hotel and not to mention a lot of izakayas or restaurants. There is also a market nearby. Wifi was good and stable although you need to register first to be able to use it.

The hotel location is strategic. The eatery places can be easily accessed by walking distance. The famous morning market - Yanagibashi Central Market - is located opposite the hotel. The hotel staff are very helpful. If you drive a car, there is a hotel parking area with charges. The parking fee is cheaper than you park at the open parking area nearby. However, it will be based in parking lot availability as well. The room is not spacious, but it is clean. But it is just enough for two. Paxs and 1 young child with limited luggage. There are welcome pack. L for young children as well. Please get it from the front desk. You can get facial anemeties from the front desk as well. It is Kose facial wash sample pack. Breakfast is provided with charges. However, there is a cafe called Kako Coffee nearby, which famous for their toast and jam. Next to the hotel, there is a restaurant that can have yakitori and beer and it is crowded in the evening. We are happy to stay in this hotel due to the convenience.

Overall satisfactory except the bathroom. Too small and not convenient if not stay alone.
