Very clean, big and tidy hotel Access to Disneysea and Disneyland is very easy. Right in front of the hotel there is a shuttle bus to Bayside station to continue using the Disney train to Disneysea and Disneyland. Breakfast is nice and there is a minimart and some nice cafes in the hotel area. Very super recommended

Good location, very convenient to travel to if visiting Disneyland. The rooms are wide, but the old ones below the hotel. There is a convenience store inside the hotel. Very good for children. They have both kids club & game but have to pay additional fees.

The hotel was huge & awesome! the lobby is magnificent! and yet so close with disneyland/sea. they provide bus to the disney station. definitely gonna stay in here again when I get back to disneyland/sea!

I booked because of the pictures of the outdoor pool. What they don’t tell you is it is £15 per adult to use it. I wanted to cool down in the afternoon after a very early Disney start. But this was too costly. A big diappointment as I’d have chosen a cheaper hotel if I know

Conveniently located close to Disneyland and Disney sea. Long lines and long waits for meals and dining options. Pools and other amenities needed pre booking and proved almost impossible to get into. The water feature in the foyer had a very strong unpleasant smell for the whole week. The floor (4f) we were staying on also had a very strong damp smell. The room itself was fine and quite spacious however it was pretty run down considering it was a 'premium suite'. Low upkeep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the cost.
