Lovely check in, was late around 1130pm. The guy was lovely, he was sad for me cause I had missed out on my dinner inclusion. In my room i found chocolates, fresh fruit and water. Breakfast was great. Nice spot, close to airport with a free bus. Easy :) Thanks!

Lovely place, had a great stay. Enjoyed the pool and facilities. Breakfast was very average though. Didnt have dinner as wasnt impressed by the menu so caught the bus to thr financial district and went to a Portugese Restaurant

The hotel was in a ideal place to catch the bus into the city and free. Great staff and friendly too. The outside pool was very busy but only a few sun loungers. I was disappointed with the lack of tea /coffee facilities in the room , most basic hotels provide this. I would return .

All in all a good one. I particularly recommend this hotel for a summer stay, with the lovely outdoor pool, but the indoor one and the sauna were also nice. Unlike in most big hotels, the windows could be opened in the room, I appreciated the fresh air instead of the usual AC. The room itself was in order, nothing special, clean, but a proper desk with a good chair and a kettle to make tea would have been nice.

Great staff. Bar staff could be more friendly. Huge school groups in which makes the hotel more like a school holiday camp. Breakfast was average and the restaurant menu was a bit dull and not inspiring so we went out to eat

We had a terrible experience here; the hotel and room itself was nice but the service and issues we had made it very stressful. We were here 3 nights (full two days). We put the DND sign on the door and the maids entered our room both days and rummaged through our things. Moved our stuff around including dirty clothes and toiletries. It was such an invasion of privacy. We complained to the front desk the first day and were reassured it wouldn’t happen again and then it happened again the 2nd day. It was clear the maids were looking for something or checking out our things. Very disturbing. We complained to the front desk again - of course they said the manager wasn’t in until the next morning. The next morning we tried to speak to the manager and she refused to speak to us. They comped us two waters worth $14 euros for our “inconvenience”. That was the worst part. The other part was, this place is on the outskirts of town in the hills which is a beautiful setting, however, there is nothing in walking distance and there is no room service and the one restaurant closes at weird hours leaving you stranded for eating options.

I give the food an "excellent" but I can't rate any higher overall for several reasons. The bathroom: who knows if the toilet brush placed (why?) next to the toilet has been sanitized; the deck behind the shower floods with water, even flows onto the bathroom floor, no grab bar, insufficient towels to soak it up, and lastly the opaque with clear slots door. the bed: so soft on the edge that I fell out onto the floor in the middle of the night and hit my head on the bedside shelf. no concussion, just a stiff neck. Other aspects very good.
