Only stayed for one night, but very impressed with the hotel. Check in was easy, room was great and staff were very friendly and helpful

We loved this hotel. The premises were beautiful and clean, and the staff was nothing but kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was located in a very convenient and accessible spot.

Guy @ check-in was blunt & w/poker face - shouldn't be in hospitality industry. Everybody else after were fine. Shower faucet requires both hands to turn on & it's difficult to adjust water temp. Bad design. Shower door is impossible to close from inside - someone outside needs to push it to close tight to avoid water from going out the 1" wide vertical gap.

Very friendly staff & easy check in & out. Good breakfast. Nice sized bedroom…but didn’t like the fact the toilet in a separate room off internal corridor with no sink. Gym could do with a better bike & at least one leg machine.

This is an excellent hotel with top notch service and a great breakfast spread.

Very large & clean room for a city hotel. A short walk to the sights & city centre. The cocktail bar has a great view with interesting & tasty cocktails.

This is a wonderful hotel . It is not in the middle of everything but it’s worth the hike

Ideal business hotel

Beautiful property and outstanding service. Employees continually asked how they could improve my stay. Cesar found an experienced driver to take me to WW2 battle sites. He also mailed a coat to me that I left behind in the driver’s car. He got numerous quotes for shipping options and mailed it to me at my hotel in Paris. This was a huge inconvenience for him. I am beyond grateful. Le Sofitel never disappoints. I stay at their hotels around the world. Bravo!

Top notch! We arrived outside and not 1 but 2 concierge came running out to our taxi to take our bags! We do short breaks with luggage consisting of a backpack but they still insisted. Our room was beautiful and the sunken bath was fab but I only noticed it late on in our stay. Everything was perfect. No noise etc. Cocktails in the bar were amazing and the waiters were just fabulous. We didnt eat at the restaurant as unfortunately they dont support the welfare of animals 😔 it was a huge let down as i wanted to enjoy dinner when we arrived but we went elsewhere. We own a restaurant back home and sourcing produce from seas and farms means we know what goes on and we need to ensure there's no animal cruelty for our own piece of mind. Its sad 5* hotels don't care about animals 😢

Lovely hotel with stunning view, but never replenished the room one day until we asked so very late.Otherwise great hotel, lovely staff.A little further away from the centre but easily walkable

The bar is gorgeous, and has the most amazing view.

Great location to stay in Luxembourg and explore the old town which is within walking distance. The bus to the airport stops right outside the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free mini bar is a great touch.
