This is a homestay with self check-in. We’ll send you the instructions 1 day before arrival. No smoking 🚭 (including balcony) – RM200 penalty applies. No parties or gatherings 🚫 – RM200 fine for violations. Check-out time is before 12pm. Late check-out = RM50/hour (subject to availability). No baggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Please clean up after cooking. Garbage must be thrown into the garbage room daily to avoid pests
