フロントは前のビルの３階で、かなり遅い時間に着いたが温かく迎えてくれた。部屋は31階。エレベーターも多くて速いのでストレスを感じなかった。部屋は２ベッドルームで様々な設備が整っていて過ごしやすかった。近くのPWTC駅にそこそこのショッピングモールがあり便利。歩いて１分のところにセブンもある。残念だったのはWi-Fiが繋がらなかったところだけ。極めて快適に過ごせたので感謝している。

The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful, the rooms and hotel area are also clean, the room facilities function very well, check in-out time is very easy and fast, next time I go on holiday to KL again I will come here again to stay ☺️

My four-day, three-night stay here was delightful. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The location was perfect – there were tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The only downside was that my room was right by the main door, so I could hear people coming and going all the time, even late at night. Other than that, it felt like a luxurious stay from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The studio we stayed at was spacious. There was one queen bed, one sofa bed that can turn into a queen-size bed, so it fits a maximum of 4 adults. The amenities were very complete. There were a washing machine, electric stove, water kettle, fridge with freezer, microwave, hair dryer, and drying rack for your need. There were also an iron and ironing board you can use. Overall, you don't need anything other than your body and your clothes. Perfect! Some notes for the service: 1. Room cleaning is only available if you stay 4 nights or more, a bit inconvenient. 2. Trash bin near the lift is often full and over capacity. Need to clean more often to avoid mice/rats from roaming around.
