The Best Hotel. Really value for money. The staff was so helpful and kind. The location was great with Gurney Bay park view. The facility also good with sauna and whirlpool. The check-in and check-out progress was so smooth. Will come back again, if I go to Penang later.

Important Note
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Accommodation charges MYR 50.00/guest for extra breakfast.
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
**Effective from June 1st 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Hotel Fee of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein. ==================================================== With effect from 01 September 2017, with reference to the Law of Malaysia Act 791, Tourism Act 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia, are committed to a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Malaysian Government, which is not included in the Room Rates and will be collected by the hotel upon check-in. This is to be applied in addition to existing fees/taxes levied and the existing local tourism fee in Penang.
**Local Government Fee RM3.00 will be kick-start from 01 July 2022 onwards and it will be collected from guest upon check in
**Room Service operation hours from 6.00am until 9.30pm daily
**With effect on 1st January 2023, Tourism Tax (TTX) of MYR10.00 per person per night will be charged for all foreign passport and non-MYPR holders. The fee is not included in the room rate and is payable at the reception desk upon check-in.
**Kindly be informed that maintenance work will be carried out at the swimming pool area from 05 August until 16 August 2024. Therefore, we regret to inform the swimming pool will be closed during this period. We seek your kind understanding for any inconvenience that may caused.
For rooms without breakfast, guests can proceed with the above pricing: RM40nett for hotel guests and RM60nett for non-hotel guests. Children aged 0 to 5 eat for free, while children aged 6 to 12 are charged RM25nett regardless of whether they are inside or outside guests.

The room is okay, even though it still seems like an old-fashioned model, the inside is okay. What needs to be improved is the yellow lighting in the room so it looks dark. At least everything is okay and strategic for getting around.

The room is okay, even though it still seems like an old-fashioned model, the inside is okay. What needs to be improved is the yellow lighting in the room so it looks dark. At least everything is okay and strategic for getting around.
