Pleasant stay here and location very strategic to all outlets. Great breakfast, great bed, and great people. Oh, and I'm lucky to meet their friendly GM welcoming the guests here at the lobby. Those who are not sure where else to stay, Astana Wing and Puteri Wing are part of their sister's hotel too. Will definitely come againnn.

Superb and valie for money!!!! Comfy bed, spacious room, clean toilet, hot shower and tub, non smoking and smoking room available, near riverside, near to to shop lot. Friendly and helpful staffs. Recommended to all!!

I had been this stay for more than 10 years, the Duty Manager Mr Rizal, Mr Rudy, Ms Pelly, Mr Josri was Polite and their service was the best, during my arrival, they will have a greeting with my names, this feeling was giving my feel that I was a VVIP guest of their hotel, they do try to arrange whatever the request I would to have, even upgrade the big room to me when it available. Front Office staff Mr Ammar, Mr Watson, Ms Sharon, Ms Lisa and the rest of front desk staff was friendly to serve me when my arrival, reservation staff Mr Ronald (previously was front desk), bellboy section Mr Peter and Mr Ambrose also really great service, I feel that is best choice I had choose this hotel even I will stay twice a year, continuous I will have more groups to came to your hotel, hope to see you all next year March 2020.

The room is spacious, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the scenery was beautiful!

I had an amazing 5-night stay at the hotel. I just wanted to highlight one thing that stood out to me the most. There is this young lady that works at the 22nd-floor restaurant. I think I noticed the name tag says Michelle. She helped me a lot, giving me ideas where to go and what to see, as this was my first time in Kuching. On top of that, she was very friendly and spent time having a short conversation with me every time I had my daily afternoon tea break. Big kudos to Michelle (I hope I get the name right) and the entire Pullman Kuching crew. I know I'm gonna be back to Kuching sometime next year as there are so many things I haven't explored and will definitely stay in Pullman again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My daughter enjoyed the pool so much! It was an enjoyable stay with The Waterfront Hotel. Highly recommended!

Reasonable price for your money, honest counter staff, clean and friendly room to stay.

Love the location of the hotel. Walking distance to many places. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. A must place to stay at when in Kuching.
