In a word, a perfect stay. The location, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction were all flawless. The staff were very attentive, especially Mr. Havit at the reception; a big thank you to him for his helpful and friendly service. The best service, the cleanest accommodation, and a reasonable price. I recommend it to everyone. It's very close to everything – markets, shopping malls, restaurants, and transportation. I will definitely visit this hotel again. 100% perfect.

Staying here is very comfortable, clean room, clean bathroom, clean bed, everything is clean. The room is very spacious, can accommodate 6 people. There is an extra bed in the closet 👍🏻 I like staying here because the facilities are very complete. There is a smart TV, iron, hair dryer, there is a pantry complete with cooking utensils and cutlery. Don't worry about the deposit, it will be returned. The owner is trustworthy 👍🏻 I will stay here again in the future 🫶🏻

Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil
A very clean, practical hotel. Starbucks is right at ground floor. Price is value for money. Location very good and convenient right beside Pavillion Mall. The rooms are spacious and has a sofa bed which actually is very comfortable and relaxing. Service is friendly and very professional. Will definitely come back to stay in Hyatt Place for my next visit to KL
