Our overnight stay at this hotel was very impressive. The location is very strategic, very easy to find restaurants and eateries. The hotel is also very close to the market. The Petronas Twin Towers are also within walking distance. The shower with hot water is quite comfortable. We also enjoyed Netflix - it is very rare for a hotel to provide Netflix as an entertainment channel. What made it a bit uncomfortable was the sound of the elevator doors opening and closing, which was very loud, which was very surprising and scary, so we often used the stairs to go up and down. The position of the check-in counter is also a bit hidden and the space leading to the elevator is a bit shabby. Overall, our stay at this hotel was very comfortable.

Receptionist is very helpful. The room is clean, the bed sheet is clean & white with no stain 😀. Fox movie channel is automatic off at 1am. The receptionist promise to send towels to the room. We waited until next morning still no sign so I went down to collect. The iron board is at the reception counter only. Water dispenser is at every floor.
