First of all, the Widebed team are superb! Fast and efficient in answering calls, replying to chats, easy check-in and check-out. We stayed in a twin room, clean and nice! Level 20 swimming pool and excellent view of Kuala Lumpur! Highly recommended—value for money!

The location is quite strategic, within walking distance to Lalaport Mall, but quite far from the Bukit Bintang area. The rooms are okay, the staff is helpful. The swimming pool is okay, and the view from the rooftop is great. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Maps directions take you to the back of the building—entry is next to the 7-Eleven (even though it says D'Majestic by Asian Homes). After-hours self check-in process was smooth, and there is luggage storage after check out for a small fee with security which was very convenient. Room was clean and spacious, Wi-Fi was strong when it worked, but was non-functional for the majority of the time we were there. Compact fridge was convenient, sadly the kettle didn't work. The pool is fun, 1.5 m deep all around, convenient if you are not a strong swimmer. People were swimming in both western and modest swimwear.

Be careful when choosing to stay at this majestic. Because it turns out there are several managements at this majestic. So far I have always taken it. Staying at this majestic is safe. But this time I took another stay at majestic. As many as 3 rooms. But suddenly the employee came. Asking for Rm 90. And a deposit. So we were really very disappointed with this. So be careful when choosing an application to stay at this majestic widebed.

The pillowcases, sheets and towels are not clean and smelly, for a large room area but it looks like an office. As of now, they asked for a cleaning fee, recently staying at a hotel / resident there is a cleaning fee. It's so far away. Looking for food in the surrounding area is also dominated by Chinese food, so it is difficult for Muslims. The service is normal, not like in Indonesia where the service is friendly and friendly. Hotel TV is hard to use and small so it's just for display. Shower cap, plastic, toothpaste, toothbrush are all available.

Check in independently at the locker box because there is no receptionist, but it's easy. The room is neat, clean, quite spacious, the contents of the room are complete and everything functions well, security is also available. There's also an extra bed in the cupboard, so it's comfortable for us as a family, with 2 children. Next time I go to KL, I want to stay here. Near the MRT station (only 200m walk) Bus stop right in front, lots of places to eat right next to the building, more behind the building, lots of minimarkets (mix, seven eleven, etc.)

I'm so lucky because I wasn't asked for a deposit of 200rm, I only paid a 30rm cleaning fee, the room was spacious so recommended, in terms of friendliness, after 5 days I wandered around Kuala Lumpur, most people there were not friendly, but not all of them.

Offers all ok. We only got 1 scam, when we checked out the staff checked all the room equipment but what was strange was that he immediately took 1 towel and showed it had a stain so he was fined 10rm. As far as I remember, there were already stains from when we first entered, but I didn't worry if I forgot. It turned out that our front room was the same, the staff fined the guest 10 rm because there were stains on the towels and after we arrived at the lobby there were ladies telling me that they had also been fined because there were stains on the towels 😅 so I think it was their deliberate action to make extra money with all the fines Guests who checkout get 10rm/room.
