Everything Is good about this place.

Well, there were large slabs of drywall in the front hallway the entire time we were there, and we only saw handymen a couple of times. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The employees spoke bad, inconsistent English. Despite there being an English menu, the room service staff said they spoke no English at all over the phone. The food from room service was terrible. They managed to ruin french fries. We were told there would be an hour and a half wait for food. Then when it arrived, not only were the fries cold, but brittle and stale, as if they were days old. There was an inexplicable step to the bedroom. So, when I carried the tray of food into the bedroom, I tripped and spilled it all over the floor. That lone, weird step is something I tripped over twice, and it made the room handicap inaccessible. There was ONLY outdoor seating available for the complementary morning breakfast. Which, in nice weather, might have felt pleasant. But it rained every day of our stay in Mexico, so I was shivering on this fourth floor outdoor porch while rain petered on the awning overhead. This whole stay started with me going to the Wyndham Garden Polanco, where I had INTENDED to stay. I was told by that employee that, no, I was actually at the Reforma location. (The website screwed me over, because I had specifically sought out a room at the Polanco location.) That employee gave me bad, misleading information, saying a 30 minute walk was only 12.

Great location! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast on the rooftop was simple, but delicious.

We were welcomed and treated so nice. We want to go back soon! Best part was the small hotel ambience, we enjoyed no waiting on breakfast or the elevators. Wish all your hotels were this cozy it felt like we were home. Thank you for the experience..

Close to good eaterirs with a vast variety. Quiet neighborhood and feels safe. Main entrance is always locked for safety. Clean operation and frendly staff.

Great place to stay near by reforma

We enjoyed every moment in this cozy hotel, it is kinda outdated but compensates with location, how well maintained it is, quality of the staff, very helpful in many ways and Leticia deserves an outstanding ovation, I don’t remember the name of the girl at the front desk who kindly provides a card for public transportation.

Very clean, good breakfast, confortable bed, has a little kitchen with free coffee, microwave, and cooktop, free wifi. A lot dinning places.

It was nice and clean place to stay. Wifi not good. People don’t speak English. If you work in a 5 star hotel people should speak little bit English. Not good breakfast. Other hotels pay less money and get buffers for breakfast

Location is wonderful but this hotel should not state it includes “continental breakfast”. The staff who prepares the food (just one person) seems to be in hurry and literally took my dish out of the table. I did not finish the fruit ( a bowl of melon and papaya which are dry and not fresh) and she took it. I was given two toasts that are burned and when I barely finished one she took the other, too! Why in such a hurry? I almost wonder if the hotel recycle them?!?!? After the first day, I did not return for the breakfast. It is too bad because I would not have chosen this hotel at the price if the breakfast were not included.

When I booked, it say my room had fridge and microwave, not true. The coffee maker didn't work, the blow dryer didn't work. The property offered washer and dryer, I washed my clothes and the dryer didn't work. I had 2 loads of wet clothes and a plane to catch early the next day, didn't sleep making sure it got dried with a heater they offered.

Todo muy bien, pero la secadora de cabello no funcionaba, y solo nos dejaron 2 toallas y eramos 4 personas.
