It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for". The photos online make the place look a bit fancier than it really is. That said, considering it's a budget hotel, the rooms are surprisingly big. They could do with a bit of a makeover, but it's not a big deal. The rooftop bar is gorgeous! It's a great spot to chill out and take in the view. The best part of the stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was super friendly and really helpful, especially NyiNyi – they made a huge difference. My first trip to Myanmar was made even better thanks to staying here. It's not perfect, but for the price, it's pretty good, and the people there are great!

Room was spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but nice and tasty. The hotel may not be located at the most convenient area but you can get around with taxi with very cheap price.

I loved staying at this hotel, and came back when I was leaving the country. The room is huge and very light, with windows you can open. The bed is also very large and you have a lot of desk space which is important to me as a solo traveller - and good wifi. Best of all is the breakfast - some of the best food I had in this country which has amazing food. And to eat in the rooftop bar with the air full of birds as the sun rises is a wonderful experience.
