Overall good because it's easy to go to city or airport. it's just 5-8 min walk to queens town mall. Rooms are facing the lake so we have a good view every morning when we wake up. it's such a great moment which we never get that in our country. amazing.

Amazing view of the water and surrounding mountains. Also within walking distance to the centre of Queenstown. Bathroom is a little dated but clean and more than comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be that the rooms aren’t that well insulated in terms of sound if there were noisy neighbours, but this didn’t seem to be an issue.

Great service from all staff and beautiful views! Close to town centre and for a good price point. It has all the basic necessities that you need, has a cozy cabin feel :)

Excellent location, a few minutes walk down the hill to town centre.
Friendly staff.
Spacious, basic room, clean and comfortable.
Parking is free but first in, first served, so you may have to find a parking spot elsewhere which is difficult in Queenstown.

The studio was an older one so bathroom basic which was fine. Fridge and kettle but no washing up facilities so had to use the bathroom to wash the cups.
Very warm with a view of the lake and town from the balcony.
The bed very comfy and warm.
The staff were great and was alowed to check in early.

We had a superior king room with a view. The service was fantastic, lovely staff. The room was a little outdated but it had everything we needed. We ordered room service and the food was fantastic.
