Really good counter staff, able to store luggage before check in, very good & impressive breakfast items, coffee to takeaway, beautiful rooms facing the harbor, excellent location to airport Flybus stops (3min walk to Ego restaurant), central of town. Best place to stay!

What a terrific hotel. Breakfast is really amazing. Lots of selection delicious food. The staff is super accommodating and nice although I wish they had more front desk people since it felt like there was typically a bit of a wait.
The rooms are nice with good toiletries and we had a junior suite with an amazing view of the harbor. It felt like we were on a boat, watching the other boats go by.
The location is super convenient probably the best location of all the hotels because it’s not on the main street but the main street is a one minute walk

It is a well run hotel. The rooms are nice and the staff is always helpful. It is close to everything in the central city that a traveler could ask for. I have stayed there three times and would not hesitate to book there again in the future. It is my preferred hotel when I am in town.

A very well located property right on the water front. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was comprehensive furniture in public areas looks worn and exhausted but convenience is the prize with this large hotel.

All extremely good, staff is great. As a vegan I would have expected a bit more choice for breakfast a part from bread and fruit. Vegan sausages and/or croissants or a cake would be appreciated. In general, a very very nice hotel with central location and a nice terrace bar. I would stay again.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless and beautiful with great views, and the breakfast buffet was beyond what many 5-star resorts offer. The only negative in our stay was the air conditioning was insufficient to keep the room cool on an unusually warm summer day.

Great hotel, central to everything.. the staff at the hotel were excellent, we didn’t get our room clean as they were too busy but we got clean towels from reception. Bar and restaurant staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant menu was small but tasty and breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was industrial looking rather than luxurious looking.

I think it is a lovely hotel and the staff were great. But one day my room did not get room service and I was out all day so I thought that was strange. I also was surprised that for a country with 24-hour daylight they didn't have blackout curtains. My bed was pushed up against the window which I thought was cozy and lovely for the view.. until the sun was beating on it and I boiloed all night long. I was delighted that they arranged a fan for my room. I didn't expect to come to the Arctic and be so hot :-) the rooftop bar is beautiful. Breakfast buffet can't be beat. In the end, I wish I had not asked for a sea view. I would have been better with an alley facing room for dark & temp

Beautifully positioned by the harbour. Was offered a very reasonable upgrade for a sea view a couple of days before. Very glad I took it.
