Booked here 3 times this year. Atmosphere was great, staffs are great everything is great. If you're a backpacker and looking for an accommodation near Makati this would be it. They have a locker for your valuables make sure to bring a lock with you. Their bunk beds are cozy and neat. Respect one another during the stay and Enjoy.

Walking distance to many Embassies, Greenbelt shopping Mall and restaurants with a convenience store with door connecting to the hotel. Great place to stay if you travel out of the country or out of town as it is near to airport.

The room was clean and the CR had hot & cold shower. The AC and ref were working perfectly fine. You can have your breakfast served in your room or in the resto, Mrs. V, which is stylish and had good food. The location was great with a 7/11 nearby. However, our TV was not working but we didn't mind because their wifi connection was fast so we just used our phones instead. Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were all polite and was quick to respond.

The staff is very friendly, kind, and cheerful. The room is so clean and comfortable. Too many activities in the hostel like walking tour, pub crawl, and beer pong, it's too much fun. And if you travel alone, don't worry, you can find your new friends here š„°.

Had a nice stay, itās in a great location with a nice staff. Restaurants, nightlife and shopping is easily accessible. It is also near the business district and government offices. The hostel guests are mix of people from different backgrounds.

We initially planned for an overnight staycation, but we were so happy with the accommodation and the hotel services that we ended up staying 4 days and 3 nights total! The room and bathroom were clean, refillable water is readily available on each floor, and in my opinion, the rates are such a steal for a 5-star hotel. The staff were super helpful and extra friendly towards our 3-year-old toddler. Needless to say, we will be back real soon!

IāM Hotel Makati
IM hotel is one of the best hotel in Makati ever, place in one of corner of Manila. The employee was very helpful and their hospitality was nice. They also provide massage service full with spa and sauna, it's very nice to have such a good experience with onsen. Recommended
