The staff was very welcoming upon arrival even gave us an early check in which is a plus. The pool was amazing a bit far from town proper but trike fares are reasonable!

We loved our stay here. Comfortable beds. Pool area was very nice with a bar by the pool. Breakfast buffet was very good and reasonably priced. Going into town was a short trike ride but food was really good at the restaurant at the hotel on the nights we wanted to stay in.

We stayed for 12 whole days. We loved it. The pool is great. Our room was great.
Only recommendations are: 2 towels for women in the room instead of charging, put a fridge in room.
But other than that, mum and I really enjoyed our time.
Also get rid of the roosters that crow at 4am. Not ideal.

Lots of bedbugs on two rooms that i booked and they charge me P1000 for a replacement for a new key room that it broke when i tried to opening the door.

Property is located outside the main town. It’s great grounds and the room was really clean. You will need to get a tryc for 15-20 minutes to get into town. The pool looks really nice, the water is really warm. My wife had her slipper stolen outside our room at night. They did try to check on the CCTV but we never got any follow-up.

Hotel on the whole, value for money . Slightly tired, reflected in the price. Beautiful well maintained pool .Service excellent. A communal water machine would be better environmentally, than 2 small plastic bottles being left every day,although very welcoming. Not far from town 50 pesos per person in a tricycle

Our stay was okay. Staff were not as available as Im used to. There was no poolside service until the afternoon. Breakfast was very average.
Upon checkout, I paid my bill and left for the airport. I was then messaged from staff telling me I still owed 3700 peso. I did not.
All in all, an okay stay. I wouldnt stay there again

We had a trail of ants coming from the AC. Don’t leave food out on the tables.
We arrived before check in time, but we were able to eat at the restaurant and go to the pool. They did upgrade us to a family room with 2 bathrooms which was nice.
Easy to take a tuk tuk to the town, there are a bunch waiting outside. I recommend renting fins at the dock and haggle for your own snorkel set in the town.

everything was ok except for the fact that they didn’t have our room available and had to be given a different room on the first night. it’s a hassle having to switch rooms because you’ll have to move again and can’t really get settled right away. also, you’ll need a tricycle ride every time you want to go to town but think this is a nicer hotel than those in town plus it’s more quiet.
