Good value budget hotel. Room was limited, but adequate. Good shower, but shower head and plug needed cleaning.

Lots of attention paid to details. Very clean - towels could be less worn though. Very nice staff, eg Alexander *****. Good value.

This is a lovely hotel. It’s clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, always on hand to help out . It’s very centrally located and great value for money

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very helpful, bringing me fresh towels and anything else I needed.

Very nice place kept in light and pleasent colours in good clean condition, only the area aroud the place isn't nice due to many road works.

I stayed there 5years ago. The place need a bit of tlc around the bathroom and the carpet need changing for a softer one.Also the mattress need an uplift

Smooth check in. Good breakfast. The WiFi was working well, the room was well prepared. The only remark is that the A/C was very loud, so I had to turn it off, but then could hear some noise from the street. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the railway station (Lodz Fabryczna) and indeed it was no more than 10-15 minutes walk.

This place is fabulouse located in the centre downtown direct vicinity to Piotrkowska where you can enjoy a wonderful stroll on the longest street in Lodz , which is also the most vibrant , bustling street. Clean, food was great and on time delivered to my room at the exact time I wanted

Good stay, good packed breakfast supplied due to early start

The hotel is cheap and cheerful but has most things you need. The bed was comfy and had soft linen (although 2 very soft and thin pillows). The shower and sink were both huge and when the water worked, there was good pressure and heat. BUT, we had several issues: No handle on the shower door. The shower door wouldn't shut so water leaked onto floor (and we had to shower in the corner so as not to flood the floor further). We had to ask for toilet roll, it felt like it was rationed! The soap wasn't filled up. We stayed for 2 weeks and the room wasn't vaccuumed for the first 7 days. The bar was shut. The bigger issues were the lack of heating and hot water/water pressure. The heating didn't work on the first day and after checking with reception, they gave us a heater to use (with a broken leg). On our 11th day, the manager told us that the heating was turned off and the air con was automatic. Probably due to this and the lack of bathroom extraction, the room was very damp and our clothes smelled damp after 5 days. There was 1 shelf and 4 hangers so no way to air our clothes. The water issues were frequent. Between approx 11-11.45 there was no hot water and then from 12 onwards, there was no pressure. One day, the water stopped at 10.30am. We called reception and were told that no rooms had water and it was being fixed. It took 45 mins! Ok for short stays but not for 1+ weeks.
