Gorgeous apartment within 10 minutes walking distance to old town square, Jewish quarter, train station and castle. We loved the high ceilings and parquet flooring with the modern twist of decor and the corner location with our own little balcony.

We have just returned from our visit, and we absolutely loved it. The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean & lots of space etc. The only small negatives I would have is that on a night there is no lighting on the stairwell up to the apartment itself & that the locks do not work on the bathroom doors but other than that it’s brilliant. We would definitely stay again.

This apartment was fantastic and I would definitely rent it again. The rooms and beds were larger and more comfortable than I expected. The water pressure in both bathrooms was fantastic. During our stay in Poland, there was a heat wave, which is very uncommon, so it was hotter than normal. Thankfully, each room had a fan, which helped. Additionally, the apartment had a washer, which was very convenient. It's within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Lovely apartment. Very clean. Bottles of water left out on arrival. We were on 3rd floor, so be aware, 81 steps up to the apartment. Got easier as days went on but not recommended if you don’t like stairs! Communication was excellent and only 10 minute walk to the main square. A bit noisy until midnight with the trams but doesn’t stop you sleeping, especially if you’ve climbed the stairs more than once in the day 😊😉

just like your own home. Very comfortable n good locale making it a 10 to 15 min walk to most important attractions. Small issue was that hand shower stand was not properly functioning making it possible to use as a hand shower only and not answering overhead shower.

Great location for my family of four visiting Krakow for the first time. Comfortable lodgings with two full baths, two bedrooms with king size beds, kitchen and living area. Convenient to transportation and fully walkable to the old town and the Jewish quarter. The cafe around the corner was perfect and had great breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again.

Once you get past the creaky floor boards it’s a fabulous apartment. Perfectly caster between old town and Jewish quarter. Spacious but does not have an oven. Just a microwave combo and a very small freezer box. I would stay here again and I highly reccomend the place. Reception is 15-20 min walk away in old town.

Lovely corner apartment (jungle/tropical wallpaper) with a nice little balcony. Lots of coffee shops/convenience stores directly beneath. It was very clean w plenty of towels and some bottles of water. Ten minute walk to the main square and very close to Jewish quarter/river also. Only small things to note- we got woken by the tram around 5/6am in the morning as it can be felt in the apartment. Also the stairway up to the apartment (one floor) has no lighting and we had to use our phones at night - this could be dangerous w kids or if you’re not so good on your feet.

The apartment is excellent in terms of location and quality. Furnishings are to a very high standard and it is well maintained. Security is good. Essentials such as tea and coffee were provided. A wardrobe or similar place to hang clothes would be of benefit as this was one feature that was missing. Location is very good, just on the edge of the main tourist area so not quite as busy and the cafes, shops and restaurants nearby are not so congested. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Old Town Square. The apartment is managed by a company so is 'efficient' in its dealings rather than 'personal' but no complaints about how they organised my stay. The apartment's good location, on a major junction, is a benefit when wanting to access different parts of the city; the downside is the noise from traffic, trams and emergency services. This is manageable (unless you are particularly noise sensitive). However, the apartment is directly above a popular convenience store and from 6am to 11pm the apartment experienced noise and vibration as the entrance to the store slammed shut. No chance to sleep! Between 6am and 9am this could be every few seconds. I would urge Fragola to contact the store owner, as I am positive this can be resolved with a functioning door-arm closer. Overall, the noise from the store would discourage me from recommending the apartment. If this is not resolved, I suggest trying one of Fragola's other places or seek out somewhere else.

Arrived around 6.30, so dark and very icy conditions. Although given clear instructions on how to enter the building, the external electronic keypad wasn't working. The front steps were extremely icy and treacherous. Fortunately, a lady arrived to visit her friends in the block and they opened the door. In the meantime, I called the Fragola emergency number and was waiting for a call back. We knew the apartment was on the 2nd floor, but dye to the high ceilings in the property, its actually four large flights of stairs. We managed to get out cases up and gain access to the apartment, but were unable to go back out due to the broken keypad. We received a call back to say someone was going into their office to get a key and would be half an hour, we waited an hour before calling back as it was snow covered and icy. The man arrived shortly after with a key. The apartment itself was very warm an welcoming. The bottles of water and hot drinks available was a nice touch. The decor and furnishings were lovely and comfortable. Beds are comfortable with good quality bedding. The location is great, a 5 minute walk to the main centre and to the Jewish Quarter. Although there is a main cross section outside, we didn't think it noisy. There are three Zabka convenience stores all a minute or two away. Bussola cafe a minute away and great for breakfast. A tea towel will be helpful for future guests.

Room was very nice. Could tell it was very clean and we had excellent communication with the company that owned the property. Provided us with a few bottles of water and had all of the kitchen accessories to enable us to cook in the apartment. Beds were nice and comfortable - only downfall was that we booked a double bed and it was a twin pushed together which meant we slept separately but that’s not too big of a deal for us.
