The room was modern and clean. Property was well kept. Parking onsite and a coffee bistro across the street that was amazing. Was told at check in that Expedia users had to pay a “cleaning fee” up front. Didn’t mind, but didn’t expect it either.

I loved staying at The Hills because it was very centric, easy to move around. The property has an amazing view with a pool, beautiful decor comfortable bed. I love it all. I will recommend it. I am staying here again.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this property. Our initial intent was to stay at an all-inclusive in St. Martin, but we found l
this property on Expedia and our experience here exceeded our expectations. The unit was essentially brand new, brand new plates, cutlery furniture, towels, beach towels included. The images are a true representation of the suite. There were local restaurants, bars, grocery, convenience stores near by and the kitchen was equipped with all necessary items including a cook top and oven.
There were numerous reviews, that mentioned the staffed hours of the real estate office, but we found that they were more than accommodating to after-hours check in requests. The staff were so welcoming. They provided what I would consider concierge service by assisting us with our bookings for both rental car and offsite restaurants, airport transfer. They also made several suggestions for activities and beaches. Jouvence was exceptional and made our stay memorable! Thanks again! I would definitely recommend.

Jovance was great at assisting us at check-in and during our stay! He recommended different grat places to dine. The property is apartments which are on the smaller side but you won't be in the room long.
I would stay there on my trip back because its near lots of eateries & lounges!

We simply loved this place everything you see in the ad is correct only one thing make sure if you want a place with a balcony or outdoor garden, make sure you read the specifics cause not all of the places come with that other than that this place is great. I love it will be returning on my next visit.
