Hotel at the Drip and Drop was a poor experience for my family and me. While I was aware the rooms would be small, I wasn’t prepared for how cramped they truly were, comparable to a small cruise ship cabin. For a family of four, the space was simply not functional. The noise level was another major issue. We could hear constant traffic, street protests, loud music from nearby storefronts, and even full conversations from our neighbors through the incredibly thin walls. When I brought this up to the front desk, the only solution offered was a pair of earplugs, which felt dismissive. Amenities were limited and staff weren’t friendly. If noise isn’t a concern for you and you’re comfortable in tight quarters, this hotel might work. But based on our experience, I would not recommend it for families or folks who value their sleep.

Always a clean & safe stay in the heart of lively Myeongdong! This was my 3rd stay and no complaints!

Easy check-in and check-out, location is very convenient. Hotel is in a building right in front of Line 2 which connects you to many major places. A few minute walk from the main street of Myeongdong. Stayed for 6 nights as a solo traveler. Staff was helpful and provided towels every day. Shampoo conditioner body wash and hair dryer is available though not in the listing description.

Wasn't sure how I would feel about saying in a capsule hotel, but was decently suprised staying here. Bed was very comfortable and cubes were a bit larger than I was expecting. I'm 6'2 and had plenty of room to stretch out and sit up fully. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very quiet inside. Only thing that could really make it better is a more comfortable lounge area. But for under $40 a night it's hard to complain

Definitely was a great stay for the price! Bathrooms were super clean and the room was just enough for me and quite cozy too. The night view was great since it’s on the 7th floor. The lobby amenities is good too. Just a quick walk to the shopping area around and lots of food places and restaurants too.

四人房的房間廁所都蠻乾淨的，床不會太軟也不會太硬，剛剛好。飯店離地鐵很近，附近逛街吃東西都很方便，除了房間有點小，隔音有點差之外，沒什麼好挑剔。如果再來明洞還會想再來住這裡。

This was my first and last capsule experience. Have always wanted to try it out, but it just wasn’t for me. I had a late check in (which was relatively easy with the kiosk), so coming in I was so self conscious about making noise. Wish there was staff to check you in late at night because the QR code that laid out instructions for the place didn’t work for me. I will say, everyone was really quiet. The capsule itself was spacious but it was so hot and warm that I felt like I was in a heat box so I couldn’t sleep. Thank god I had a portable fan that I used all night. And my phone charger did not want to stay in the power socket so I couldn’t charge all night which was very annoying. I’m sure the private rooms were comfortable, next time I know to book that!

Front desk staff is very helpful. Location is excellent. Stayed at 4 single bed room. Great option if you don’t stay in hotel much as room is small.

Everything about this place is great. Perfect walking distance to the many shops, restaurants and 2 beautiful palaces. I stayed in the pods on the 7th floor. The storage room has lockers for you to put your stuff and grab slippers for the capsule area and the actual sleeping pods are very nice, comfortable and very quite. Showers and bathroom are very clean and well maintained. The staff is the greatest! Not only did they help my friend and I with recommendations multiple times, but I also lost my ring here. They found the ring and since I had already left to the airport before I realized, they’re mailing it back to my home address. 10/10, and exceeded our expectations!

The smell from the pipe in the toilet is disgusting.

Good location. 2mins walk to euljiro1 stn. few mins away fm airport limo bus. Hotel is new so it's clean. Note : it's a shared building with other shops/restaurants and there is only ONE lift.

I enjoyed the capsule experience and the facility was kept pretty clean. The staff was very helpful as well.

I had a really great time at this hostel. Everything is so well organized and clean. Friendly staff. Only one thing I thought they could improve is that make the common area more cozy. It just feels too industrial: chairs are not comfortable and positioned in a way hard to have conversation with other travelers

It was an amazing and aesthetic stay. Rooms were so comfy. This spot was a prime location to the street markets and subway. I would highly recommend the stay. Super clean and welcoming.
