The area is close by to Lotte World and can be reached by bus, about 3 bus stops away. There are convenience stores and coffee houses surrounding the property making it very accessible. The train station is along Line 9, with escalator and elevator on all exits.

It's been a good stay at the Infini hotel. Clean and tidy. In front of the hotel there's a Starbucks like, so you can get nice coffee across the street.

Not very clean. They were unable to provide or call for transportation to the airport. Power went out in my room. Not secure doors. Simple lock. No extra door latch for security so if you are travelling alone female be prepared.

The hotel says the room for three adults for max but has only one bed. I had horrible experience with staff and cancelled our stay after seeing the room. A full refund was given but dont recommend this hotel.

The location is great but the problem with this hotel is that it appears to be foreigner-friendly and it's a lie. It looks like a western style hotel but 3 out of 4 front desk people we interacted with didn't speak any English and when we tried to speak Korean, they made no effort to work with us. They refused to give us an extra pillow. And the AC turned off on a timer every hour so when we needed to sleep we asked for assistance (even with the help of a Korean friend on the phone). But the man literally didn't know how to use the AC and so we were out of luck. We did not sleep well and it was very stressful. I do not recommend staying here, especially for foreigners!

There was no room service and no restaurants. Walls were dirty, spider web on the ceiling. Didnt change bed linens nor towels. Staffs seemed to be surprised everytime i asked any questions. I stayed there by myself and i felt unsafe as they dont knock for housekeeping, they just barge in twice.

First of all, the person at the reception area was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The hotel was easy to find and it was close to many restaurants and convenient stores but the room was quiet. The room was very clean and my stay there very pleasant.

Staff very friendly. Loved how modern and comfortable room was. We booked the suite w spa on balcony but only had cold water running and when staff informed it got warm but took forever to fill up. The view of the city was breathtaking from the balcony. Our car was left with lights on by staff parking it so battery died but got the car fixed for us. Staff spoke little English but can call manager to translate and take care any problems.Cafe was not open ever.
