everything is good。location is great, close to the pedestrian street (lots of shopping and dinning options), the staff is also very nice, especially Rachael. The only complain i have is that there is no microwave in the entire hotel. There is a small fridge in the room.

Absolutely fabulous. 4 night stay.. Location and price point is a must! Lovely large room too! Helen was absolutely amazing and spoke fantastic English! She make a phone call to T-way. Outstanding service! Wonderful value for a solo traveller and they made you feel right at home. Room was lovely, cleans and warm. Cute corner room with amazing view! Would highly recommend.. especially for the staff and price! Will certainly recommend and be back.

Room was spotless, location was superb, staff was extremely helpful and spoke great English. Valet parking was included too. Loved our stay and will come back ❤️

Excellent view, It is a clean and pleasant place, the staff are very friendly, the hotel is close to the airport and also to places to eat and walk, centrally located to move around to any part of the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8-days stay at this hotel. It has everything on our checklist: great breakfast at reasonable price, well laid out room, easy walks to everything (shoppings, restaurants, night market, subway, bus, Lotte department), super helpful staffs (ask for Becky who speaks perfect English). A+++

Great little hotel near to jeju airport. It’s a very short walk to pickup points for all tours around the island and is located in a central area with a lot of shopping and dining options. The room is generously sized with a good bathroom. It even has a laundry/steaming closet in the room.

The bathroom seems a bit old. Room space is very good for two people. Hotel location is very good, walkable distance to most of the restaurant and shopping center.

Friendly staff, close to airport

Really like that there are many places to explore near the hotel! Hotel staff were friendly and nice. Valet was super helpful especially if you’re planning on renting a car!

I enjoyed my stay here. I had a very large & comfortable bed within a spacious room. The bathroom had a great shower & Japanese style toilet. I really liked having the LG Styler in the room to refresh my clothes. This is not something I’ve come across before. The hotel was in a great location, near various shops, cafes and restaurants and near a pick up point for day tours. I had a lovely massage next door to the hotel. Upon checking out I asked for a taxi to be called to take me to the airport. Unfortunately the person at the front desk was distracted & forgot to call, but this was quickly rectified when I asked again. It would be great if black teabags were available as well as green tea & coffee.

The only thing that came up was there was a musky smell from the carpet near the door of the bathroom. We informed the Hotel and they suppose to do something about it. Obviously it was short notice but next day after we left the Hotel they must have done something and there was hardly any smell. Coffee and tea bags are available if you require more just ask at the desk. The hotel staff were all very friendly pleasant and helpful. Air conditioner is well powerful can get room pretty cold. I would advise people not to set it too low as one could wake up with a cold or flu. All in all this Hotel we would definitely rank as one of the best we have stayed in and it was very reasonable priced.

Most of the hotel staff can speak English and are very professional & helpful; able to answer and help with our queries. We like it that there is LG Styler in the room and we can use it free of charge to clean our coats before we head home. There are many dining options just behind the hotel and across the road and two convenient stores. We could easily get a taxi to airport with help of reception staff within minutes in the early morning and the airport was just 5 mins drive away. Some areas for considerations for improvement: It would be good that customers be informed that the temperature of air-con in the room cannot be controlled using the TV remote. It was quite stuffy for us on the first night. When we called the reception, he turned on something on the aircon but did not mention that we can adjust the temperature using the tv remote to our comfort level. The electronic panel on the wall only indicates the room temperature but temp cannot be adjusted using it. Also the lightings in the room are controlled by the electronic panel, we were not sure how to leave a light on for the night. So we left the toilet light on, but it will eventually be turned off; kind of dark to make way to toilet. The room layout could be improved as after putting the table and chair in between the bed and long table, there is little room to walk and could be hazard to walk round in the dark at night.

Hotel is at a convenient location and accessible to Dream Tower in minutes walk. Shops and restaurants are all around . The hotel offers free valet parking as they have to drive your car in other storeys via the vehicle lift.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leo. I walked down to the beach, easily took the bus to the night market, and was welcomed by the staff each time I walked in. There isn’t transportation from the hotel to the airport (there is vice versa) and the front staff helped me call a taxi. If I return to Jeju I’ll return to Hotel Leo!

We really enjoyed the Korean style room. Room was very spacious, bedding was very comfortable. Really liked having that nice cafe in the lobby. Situated close to airport.

Grateful thanks to Helen at the front desk who went the extra mile to make us feel at home although we r in a foreign land. The hotel Leo is central with many great dining options and close to public transportation.

Wonderful hotel located within walking distance of Lotte duty free a common meeting point for Jeju day trips as well as lots of dining places. Staff are very helpful and speak good English. A fabulous stay and the styler in the room is great to dry our clothes when it rains in Jeju
