Overall it was pretty good but it was public holiday weekend so all restaurants around here were closed Cleaning was not done properly so I found someone’s socks in the washing machine and wall was cracked in the corner Other than that it was great and well structured comfy one room studio room

* fridge was really noisey * late check in ( 4pm ) check out at ( 11am ) * stayed in room on the 5th floor, felt like train was driving under my mattress ( subway nearby ) *waterproof mattress made sleeping uncomfortable overall, had maybe 4 hours of sleep Very disappointing

I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!

super great location, v near between 2 seoul metro stations! theres also a gs25 right below the building. check in and check out process was smooth and easy.

This is a tough review. Size and layout of the room were perfect, location of property was perfect, price was reasonable, and the dedicated luggage room was a very very handy. However, the room was not well cleaned (leading us to doubt the cleanliness of everything), the sink did not drain, and communication was terrible. We submitted an issue through their app regarding the sink and heard no response back. At 11pm local time we heard noise from the automated locks, they changed the code. If we were not in the room we would have been locked out. We also received an automated checkin email as we did on our arrival but it contained a different room. We assumed, correctly, that they wanted us to change at 11 o’clock at night…. Despite there being no communication to this end.

Smell was so bad the plastic bed sheet made so much noise and not comfortable….

Decent place, nice facilities, cumbersome checkout expectations, suboptimal communication from team.

Had in unit clothes washer, and easy access to the subway system. A little bit challenging in terms of communication but given the nature of being a foreigner.

Location is excellent. Access to subway lines 2,3 and 4. The mattress makes loud noise when moving the body due to “water proof” material covering the bed. Requested remedy. Had a difficult time reaching the help line. Finally when I reached them by email, they refused to change the mattress cover. Pot and pan in the kitchen are very cheap stuff. Can’t even fry an egg without excessive sticking. Bathroom is ok. Lots of storage space. Big fridge. Stove top is finicky. The overall facility is more plain than the photos.

The main thing we didn’t understand: lived there for a week (7 nights) and got no cleaning/housekeeping at all. No bedsheets or towels changed. And there was no broom/mop or cleaning amenities to do it by yourself. Pros: - location - the view from the apt. 1201 was great - overall condition, cleanliness, attention to details Cons: - lack of instructions about everything around, shops food etc - no garbage bags - the bed is wrapped into a plastic wrap. I hope people find this useful. Normally i stay in 9tree2 hotel MD, so i picked this condo as i thot its almost the same area. Check in - no front desk, you will receive an email and enter the pw all the way to your room, it was a fair experience. Space - it’s cozy, not very spacious, i would say it’s pretty small for 2 ppl, but i was travelling alone, so it’s fine. Cleanliness - looks ok, but no one comes to clean it during the stay. If required, need to contact the host, they will provide a free cleaning after 3 nights, but i couldn’t figure how to do the request, so no cleaning at all. Also, need to throw the rubbish on your own. Bathroom - the toilet cannot flush properly, need to pour water every time after using. The water pressure is also low, the flow of the shower is very slower… Kitchen - microwave, fridge, strove all good. can heat things up or cook if want to. Location: it’s hard to say, it’s in the middle of the station, gotta walk 8-15 mins to each station, not 4 mins as suggested on the website. To MD - around 13 mins walking, but the street is so silent, the area is not crowded, a bit scary if you are a girl travelling alone. I stayed 4 nights and paid 6k(hkd) or up, during NYE time, i would say i did expected a higher quality of stay. I also checked that, the normal price of this condo is 600(hkd) per night, open your eyes! Won’t stay in condo again. Can’t compare with hotels.

Quiet, clean, contactless, washing machine, close to subway stations and restaurants. The room is small but the space available is big enough for a full luggage set. Plenty if cabinets to store your clothes. Couldn't have booked a better place!

I love the unit very much. Near to the Chungmuro (Line 4) Station Exit 7, about 5 mins walk. The entrance of the building is at the side. (Namsan Central View Suite). Several Convenience stores are nearby, if you want some soju at night. Room is very clean and comfy. Please take note that they will only clean the room after every 3 nights, so please take care of your own hygiene. You can sort out the trash and take it to Level 1 to throw away.

i booked it last minute so didnt have time for extensive research. but that turned out to be no problem. the facility is impeccably maintained, the room design is light and airy, the location is fantastic near 2 subway stations. despite having no face to face contact with any staff, their online chat was super helpful and easy to use. i definetly recommend it

room is clean and the property is well maintained. transportation is fairly nice being in the middle of seoul. the only downside is the no free parking for people stayinghere.
