Route Active Hotel

First holiday away since a heavy spine surgery. Staff were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, kind. Recommendations to local attractions and explainibg how the taxi and bus system works (titsa app) allowing me to save money on travel and take the scenic routes. The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean. Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone! Im sorry i couldnt remember all of your names but Joseph amd the team were outstanding.

Booked 3 nights then stayed for 7. Had 4 nights half board. Comfortable room, excellent range of food options; varies daily. Staff very helpful. Good gym.

Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not.

All of the staff were really friendly, polite and helpful from arrival to departure. I arrived after dinner had finished for the day but they had made me 2 plates of salad plus meat, bread, cheese and put it in my kitchen fridge which was very nice after a day of travelling. I came for a solo cycling training holiday and the hotel was great for that, amazing secure bike storage room, fully stocked with tools, pump, storage space for bike boxes. Much better than trying to take bikes in lifts /storing on hotel room balconies as is typical! The public areas were modern and stylish, breakfast buffet had elements that varied daily and particularly good bread and croissants. The dinner buffet had a couple of options a night which were typically healthy and tasty and the soups were very good. There is no hotel bar, but you can get drinks with dinner and the reception sells food, water, beers / wines /spirits around the clock too. My room was an apartment with patio, kitchenette, living/dining room, twin bedroom with lots of storage and toilet/shower room; so space was excellent. Rooms were not as modern as the public areas but were clean and neat. Location-wise the hotel is not in a touristy area, it has no dedicated parking but I never had an issue parking in the free public parking within 2 mins walk of the entrance. There is a small local town with shops, bars, restaurants about 5 minutes walk away and bigger Los Realejos about 15 minutes but all uphill!

FoOd was fresh and delicious with nIce healthy options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely coastal walk from hotel.

I like everything : the food , the silence, the swimming pool , the garden all was perfect.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Great location away from the usual tourist hotspots. Good local bus service into Puerta de la Cruz. Within walking distance of several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

Excellent Room with balcony was open planned with fridge, microwave, cooker, dinning area, flat screen tv, & nice shower. Good apartment style room! The Gym was very good especially for a hotel and had the essential equipment for a good work out! Real Nice Breakfast and Dinner Staff was Nice and Guys on reception;s English was good and they was really helpful. Location was quite with a couple of food places and shops near so this place is a good chill out spot or ideal if you wanted to get some work done.

Bit dated hotel, not the best location, and a bit over priced. But great staff, pool area and breakfast.

This hotel looks from the outside a little plain. However it is an oasis of calm with quiet clean spacious apartments over looking beautiful gardens with a good pool. The staff are so helpful and will help you tailor the type of holiday you want. It's so clean. The buffet breakfast included is different every day, great selection of fruits, cooked food and cold meats. You really could not ask for more. The sitting area is one you can actually use, it is so so comfortable unlike some many hotels. The parking is on the street but it is quiet and safe. This hotel is well placed for TF5 and TF82. You are very close to lovely Puerto Cruz and La Orotava. I will come back again. Love it.

Tanto el personal, como el alojamiento, las instalaciones, la comida del buffet, ha superado nuestras expectativas. En general ha sido una estancia inmejorable, rodeados de los mejores profesionales tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Mención especial para el staff de turno de tarde-noche simplemente encantadores. Volveremos. Muchas gracias!!!

Endroit calme. Tres bien situé pour visiter le nord de l'île. Pas de parking parfois difficile pour se garer. Tres grand logement. Les repas etaient moyens et peu variés. Personnel a l écoute un grand merci a Octavio qui parle francais et a été d une grande aide grace a ses explications.

Bon séjour. Accueil agréable. Jolie vue. Bien situé dans un cadre authentique loin des grands hôtels. Très bon petit déjeuner copieux. Il faudrait rafraîchir un peu les apparts et revoir l’éclairage un peu triste. Des difficultés pour se garer.

Our favourite hotel in Tenerife, been returning here many times. Very friendly and nice staff in reception, cleaning, maintenance, kitchen and restaurant, everyone is service minded and smiling. Beautiful garden and views over the ocean and mountains, the pool holds a good temperature around 25 degrees. Great hikes just outside the door and a big, well equipped gym. Short walk to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. Can also highly recommend the evening buffet at the hotel, always good variety and tasty. The apartments have everything you need with a good size balcony. It is peaceful and quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura pulita, camere ampie, cibo eccellente.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Hotelanlage, allerdings gab es keine möglichkeit die Kleidung aus dem Koffer zu räumen da es nur 3 Schubladen füre 3 Personen gab. Hier haben Kommoden etc gefehlt. Das essen war abwechslungsreich, hat leider meist aber nicht geschmeckt, 2/5 Sternen, mehr kann ich nicht geben..
