I'm giving this hotel a five star vote even though I know, that this is not a five star hotel, but you have to vote accordingly. The staff was very nice and forthcoming. And we even got a free room upgrade when we payed a small fee for early checkin, that's the kind of service that should be applauded. The room is what you'd expect for a two star hotel, but it was clean and very silent. Very central with good food and shopping opportunities nearby. Will use again, when in Stockholm!

As far as being centrally located, you can find nothing better in the city. Just be aware that the compact room is VERY compact, only good to sleep and shower in. The safety measures in place to only allow guest access are very good. I would stay here again and even recommend it to anyone visiting Stockholm.

Location is ok.... Not too far from center. But it is very noise street + when AC not working properly and you have to open windows - it's terrible!!! Room is super small. Just like a closet! For 2 adults not comfortable at all. Area itself nice, a lot of coffe places, walking distance to old town. Big plus - train station 2 minutes walk and express train to airport.

Apres 5 jours dans cet hotel,nous n avons beneficŕé d aucun entretien de la chambre.Nous avons du vider nos poubelles et demander des serviettes de toilette a la reception. le Wi-Fi est reste plus qu instable et en plus.aucun rangement dans cette chambre est reste tres problematique

The location was good.. The staff was nice. Has an a/c but it wasnt very cold, i had to buy a fan and open the window. The mattress is like 2 inches thich and not very comfortable.

The room was a bit compact but clean, tidy, and perfectly functional. I arrived after midnight and really just needed a place to sleep, which it suited well. The location is great—just around the corner from Arlanda Express. The self-check-in process was also super convenient.
