The staff were all smiles and happy to go above and beyond to make our stay super comfy. The pool temperature was just right, the spa was relaxing, the chef took pride in what came to the happening lobby lounge or the chic restaurant. Cute little outdoor play area and the kids club kept the little one busy. The slopes were 10mins out and the town centers too.

The lady at bar is very rude and unfortunately she is Incharge of lobby and you may suffer her cranky nature. Be careful. If she is not there then whole stay is good

Very cozy and quiet hotel in this adorable region of Switzerland. Good value for money with a great service, good bar and restaurant. Very nice indoor pool. Public buses in front of the hotel to the center and train stations of Saanen and Gstaad.

I have a very mixed opinion about the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, stylish especially the lounge . The evening atmosphere in the lounge is wauuu!The location is fantastic. The views are magnificent!
But I am very confused about the service. Taking into account there SO MUCH staff around, there is always something missing. I spoke to some guests, most of them had the same opinion.
The most negative moments were:
- mess in spa, no responsible person, water everywhere , no clean towels etc….
- it was my birthday weekend. My friend decorated the room for me with balloons. We left to the mountains and when we came back. To our surprise we noticed all decorations were removed by the housekeeper. I sent the complaint , but no one even bothered to reply or apologize. As well my colleagues sent me the flowers to the room , paid by card to the hotel directly.The red roses were so old and not fresh. The flowers cost 275 CHF . I know the price as the hotel included this to my check out bill, which as well not clear for me why to do so.
Probably the last thing . The room I booked ( north facing ) had a different view in Expedia. I believe the hotel must be more specific about the pictures they put. Unfortunately I don’t see the option here to add pictures.

It is a little bit far from the city center, 35 min walking e taxis are extremely expensive. You can use public bus transportation, but late night you have to take a taxi. Minimum chf 30 any place…

Way too crowded considering the covid era. Breakfast was absolute mayhem, crazy full of people. We loved our room (connecting rooms), and the sushi. The staff are all brilliant and very kind and friendly. Food at Vue is really not great I’m afraid. The ribs tasted of nothing and took 1h to atrive. Carbonara was pretty bad, too. Desserts are excellent.

Sadly single bed's not comfortable & my friend and I woke up with a back ache.
The pool & Spa were unattended: no one picking up towels or cleaning regularly; the water of the pool was murky and dirty as the 2nd day, as so many kids jumping &screaming - it would have been nice to have a cord limiting the left side of the pool to adults wanting to swim laps.
Loved having games in the sitting room and fabulous music. Food choice excellent and Igloos a brilliant idea.

Uncomfortably hard bed that gave me a terrible backache. No bluetooth speaker available in the room. For a trendy hotel like the Huus, I would have expected the possibility to listen to music in the room.

Great for families and couples, tasty food and breakfast, very stylish interiors and friendly staff. A lot of activities (swimming pool, PlayStation, outdoor activities & children’s club included). Small things to improve - room not ready on time, misunderstanding of dinner reservation and incorrect bill at checkout, but it was compensated by free drinks and friendly staff. Highly recommended and will go back.

Excellent service with bountiful amenities in a classy Alpine chique environment. The facilities at HUUS are quite understated as the hotel encompasses much of what a patron wishing for a mountain escape can possibly desire; from the luxurious rooms with mountain views, the well equiped spa and pool, the mature game room and a full bar to enbibe oneself. The complimentary daily activities which are included in their room rates make this establishment a step above what we initially anticipated. The help front desk staff with the likes of David was always ready and will to assist and provide recommendations. The only let down was our dining experince at the La Vue restaurant; a disappointing lentil soup where it lacked finness, seasoning and was undercooked and grainy. The entree of linguine bolognese (instead of the tagliatelle as oredered)was overseasoned.
Otherwise, this was a magnificent escape which we thoroughly intend to repeat.
