A very family-friendly hotel. The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the exterior and interior are very unique. We've stayed here twice and will definitely stay again if we ever visit Taichung.

Clean, simple stay. The room wasn't that big to open up 2 huge luggage, but is good enough for a short stay. The reception was super helpful, assisted by a lady during our check in. She checked if we have plans and needed any help. We mentioned that we may need help to travel to Puli. On the 2nd day when we approached another receptionist, she was surprised she was aware that we are from which room and what help was needed. Super efficient that we don't have to repeat our situation. Great stay and super near the train station!
