Hotel New Queen 2

I really liked my stay NOT to far from the MRT 7-11 across the street, STAFF WAS GREAT VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY I WOULD STAY AGAIN IF I EVER COME BACK PRO VERY QUIET HOTEL , NOT sure if I just got lucky or not but all in all ID DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN CONS ⬇️⬇️ Highly recommend putting in A BAR AND SMALL SHELF IN SHOWER AREA NO where to put soap /Bottles of shampoo and or razor! Also Bathroom floor can get slippery Not sure if this part is a Con but getting into the hotel is Bizarre LOL you might be scared LOL But trust me it’s only a hallway away you’d never know the hotel was here it’s almost hidden

In a great location not too far from anything only about a $5 cab ride to all the tourist attractions

Not a bad choice, for single night stay~~

Hotel staffs are very friendly. The lobby and rooms are nicely designed and quite modern. The room is quite small but the toilet is spacious. Cleanliness is acceptable too. However, the hotel is quite tedious to find and may require some walking from ZhongShan station or Taipei Main Station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and super value for money!

Very small room, of course what you paid is what you get,

Experience no water during shower, due to tank cleaning according to staff, but no notice to us before hand, some kind of smell in room, but gets better after a/c turn on

Very clean and quiet place. Food just downstairs and within 10 minute walk to MRT.

Comfort and very convenient

The hotel was clean with friendly English speaking staff. We had a double room that was plenty big but the single rooms looked very small. Wifi was only available from the lobby but worked well. It's a bit hard to find as its on the fourth floor of the building. MRT station is about a 15 min walk away. The room was clean but we didn't get maid service while there, may have been translation error though. Overall good hotel but would aver liked wifi in the room and a bit closer to MRT.

Booked this hotel at last minute. The hotel is quite new and the staff are very friendly. Do note that this hotel is located in a old neighbourhood and the outside of the building is very old. There are a short flight of stairs with no escalator or lift, if you have heavy luggage, it will be quite a chore. After the flight of stairs, there is a lift to level 4. Did I mention the staff are very friendly and helpful? We booked a 4 person (with kids) room, so it is slightly bigger. The single room is quite small. There is a supermarket beside the hotel and star bucks is round the corner. There are small eateries around the area and night market is a few streets away. Train station is approx. 15 mins walk away (Zhong Shan Station) and also approx 10 mins walk to entrance Y19 to underground mall. They can arrange for airport transport, check with the staff. Overall good for budget stay.

About 10 mins walk from both Taipei main station and zhong shan station. Hotel is clean and new even though it is inside an old building. Food from Ning xia was great and we visited Chinese herbal shops at dihua street.

Although it's located on the fourth floor of an old building, the location is great. Walkable from Taipei main station and zhongshan station. Good stay.

Great boutique hotel. Excellent friendly staff! Cute and cosy room. Some rooms have no windows. Very clean and new. Central location. Only minus is that its about 10 mins walk to nearest train station. N you need to walk a flight of stairs to get to hotel lift. There is a supermarket at ground floor. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend

Great location good price

It a decent place. Nice modern room feel. Is abit far from Mrt but if you don't mind the walk. It is near to night market and surrounding have 7eleven near by. Restaurant just nearby.

Have just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel. In a word it was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, my room was clean and comfortable. The rooms get cleaned everyday if you wish and fresh towels and other bits get given. Room had a few nice touches such as TV, fridge, phone etc.. the reception/lobby area is nice and have some places to sit and watch TV.. a computer which can be used if you wish and a microwave/tea and coffee. There is also an outside area where you can sit and smoke. Location is great just around the corner from Ningxia Road night market, but also a couple of 7-11 shops and supermarkets, starbucks etc.. just a short walk from Zhongshan MRT station (less than 10 mins) means that its very easy to get to other parts of the city. Don't let this put you off as its a nice little walk there and not so far. Check out time was 12pm and my flight wasn't until midnight so the owner and staff allowed me to leave my suitcase at the hotel whilst I went out for the day and also allowed me to shower/change before I left for the airport. They also arranged a taxi to get the airport so I didnt need to worry about anything. All in all a great customer service. For the price I paid, the service and facilities I received were great. This is a great little place and will definately be staying here for my next visit to Taipei.

Good stay in zhongshan district. Very near to night mkt & Di Hua Street.
