Staff is always willing to help with parking, the front office, and the maid. The room is clean; a shower and shampoo have been selected nicely. Though the room is close to the road but there is no noise at all. There are tuk-tuk services to the BTS station, so there is no worry about walking through the alley.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was very convenient. We stayed at The Okura Prestige Bangkok and find myself thrown back to many years ago. I was here for a full business meeting activity, and I found everything is still the same with their best offers and best service during our leisure and business schedule.
We really loved our stay here at The Okura, especially my "Ibuk kecil" who was always amazed with this trip and my arrangements.
It was so amazing to have an experience again here in The Okura, as we spent all night with deep sleep, which shows that our stay was very comfortable.
Their pool on the 25th floor also had the best view for swimming, with the degree of warm water and no eye irritation. I felt all pleasure and beauty.
Again, I have to say it was a perfect stay, and we enjoyed our stay with their excellent service and also more varied optional breakfast in the very heart of Bangkok City.
I and my "Ibuk kecil" will definitely recommend this hotel to all who need accommodation in the heart of the busy area of Bangkok city, and feel their amazing service.

Good location. In front of Hua Lamphong MRT station, so it's easy to explore the city. There are bus stops also. The railway station is on the other side of the road. The facilities for me are good. They have an elevator, so it's a plus for me. My room is on the inner part, so it's not noisy and you can sleep very well. Housekeeping is done every day. They change tissue and free 1 bottle of water every day that is being put in the mini fridge inside the room. It's clean, and they have a restaurant, though it's only open at 8 AM. They also had a laundry machine. You just need to have your own soap or fabric conditioner. Aside from that, 7-Eleven is within walking distance, and there's food being sold outside the hostel.

I love this hotel. It's very nearby from many tourist places such as a mall or restaurant. There's a Lawson in the hotel, so we can easily buy anything, including souvenirs there. There's also a Seven Eleven next to it. The hotel lobby was very nice. I guess it has just been renovated. I came in October, and there's a Halloween decor which is super cute ❤️ The room is very spacious and clean. There's a bathtub. Worth the price! All of the staff is friendly and helpful.
