Everything was okay, but the morning shift front desk staff provided terrible service. They spoke rudely and put on airs. It was because of a misunderstanding that I had lost my keycard and would not return the deposit, even though I had already told them I hadn't lost it. They argued with a tone of voice and expression that was very unpleasant. In the end, I found out that they had misunderstood. It wasn't my room that had lost the keycard, but another room. They apologized unwillingly and didn't really feel guilty. If you provide service like this, don't come to work. It makes customers who come to stay feel bad.

The usable area in the room is ok, but the room is not very clean. The bathroom and sink are not clean. The towels are very old, the color is very dull and all are torn. The booking page says there is a swimming pool, but the pool is currently closed.

The room is very spacious, has a bathtub, has a sink, a large refrigerator, very cool, good facilities, has a sofa, TV, dressing table. Except no hair dryer, double bed, soft, comfortable bed, but the air conditioner is not cold. Broken where it's not very clean, lots of dust, old ice in the refrigerator. Taking care of cleanliness better than this would be great.

The room is big, beautiful, clean, the bed is soft, the only regret is the bath, the water system, if you adjust the left, the water will be warm, if you adjust the right, the water will be cold. I want to take a warm bath But the water is very cold 😔
