I will not say anything bad until i hear from Bearry personally as he knows what I could say. However, I will give him a chance to redeem himself as everyone deserves a second chance. I will compliment Monica. Unfortunately, I met Monica on the day of checkout. If she would have been there on the day of check in i believe things would have been much better!

If you are looking for an apartment villa then this is the best available property in phuket..the only thing is it is a bit far from the center i.e Bangla street

It was okay. The guy who worked security was accommodating but there’s not much more to say.

I didn't get the ocean view in the picture my bedroom looked at a concrete wall an my balcony had some water glimpses but mostly viewed the building in front. From the lounge room the closes to the window you can not really see the ocean like in the website only glimpses if you sand on the balcony. The hotel apologised that the room I booked wasnt available so I paid for 1 bedroom ocean view but didn't get that one. They did offer free airport transfer next time for the mistake but I dont want to risk paying full price and being forced in the cheap room again it's really not worth it. Shame because my first 10+ visits to this hotel has been amazing in the room in the photo but it only takes 1 bad experience to make me not want to return.

Lovely clean room. Beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. Unfortunately the service let the experience down. I phoned to order meal and drinks at 5pm (menu said available from 7am-9pm). I was told the restaurant now closes at 3pm. To get dinner I had to walk down a dark lane some distance (didn’t feel overly safe being a young female alone). The hotel is like a rabbit warren, it was a 10 minute walk from my room to reception. Service was slow, it took 40 minutes for me to check out. Overall, a very nice and clean place to stay with beautiful views; however, not in a very convenient location. I felt it was a little overpriced for what it was. More than happy with the room and view, but would probably try another location next time 😊

My overall stay was awesome. Big rooms, sea view with plunge pool and jetted tub. Equipped with basic kitchen appliances, microwave, oven and huge fridge. I would just like to highlight that the toilet bowl keeps on flushing on its own which annoys us at times. The carpark has urine smells and hope that something can be done to it as the smell was a total turn off.

Apartment was roomy and the view magnificent. However the whole place is looking tired after just 5 yrs. Spa pump didn't work, bath plug broken, shower heads need a good clean. TVs in every room however we could only manage to find 3 Thai channels. Take your own codi box. Internet connection seemed fine. This place is further than a walk to Patong. We couldn't get there for under 300 baht. Which is fine if you just want to hang out in your apartment or go touring. For the price, there are better options further south.

There were cockroaches in the room and no actions were taken. Toilet and bathtub were very dirty. Curtain rail fell in the middle of the night. Towels were always so smelly. What is housekeeping for when you don't change the bedsheet? Waste of time. No room service after 4pm, really? Said there's jacuzzi in the room but it's just an empty and dirty tub with ants and no bubbles. I feel so cheated. Given that it was our honeymoon stay, it's the worst. Hotel. Ever.

I really enjoyed my stay there.The staff was really friendly. I loved how quiet this place was. Loved the internet TV especially. The place has a travel agency that can book tours at a 50% discount on many tours. The taxi to Padong was a bit expensive, 200 Baht to get there and 300 to return. Fortunately the Priviledge Residences offer a free taxi at 10am and 4pm. Great view from the balcony and the pool. Would stay there again.

Recently stayed with my partner at The Privilege Residences. Our room was spotless, the view was amazing, the staff were friendly and the tour information guy was so helpful with exchanging money, booking tours, driving us. The restaurant staff were amazing the food was fresh. All up we enjoyed ourselves, were so relaxed & cant wait to return!

We booked this hotel when it had a 73% discount it was priced at over $500 a night, when we arrived the place was disgusting, the staff were trying to keep my passport instead of a deposit, there was not pool bar, no restaurant, we just left immediately and didn’t even bother staying and they wouldn’t return the money we paid for the days.

My second time staying at this hotel. Overall it offers very good value for money. Rooms/apartments are large, well decorated and comfortable. Good wifi connection, soft beds and powerful showers. Some comestic work is need on the exterior of the building though. Location wise it was perfect for - close enough to Patong (10 mins by taxi/tuk yuk or 25 mins walk to Patong). The staff are friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

Great room and great people. The process of getting to the room (couple flights of stairs and 3 elevators) was a bit frustrating, especially with luggage. With the view we had, I guess you can say it was worth it. The plunge pool did not have water in it upon arrival, that was annoying as well. I would recommend this place for a group of friends taking a trip, not a couple.

We booked a 2-bedroom duplex for our 4 days trip. The fabric sofa was dirty upon check in, lots of stain on the seat and armrest. The bathroom upstairs was dirty, especially the filthy wall. Low water faucets upstair was a headache. Aircond upstair was very warm on first night, malfunction the following night, we complain to the management and 2 guest were move to another room which the aircond had no problem but the wall power supplies upstairs were all burned, as in blackened and u would be able to smell charred. Apart from that, hotel guest would be charged if used tableware was not cleaned. And yet no dishwasher detergent and sponge was provided. This residence is lack of long term maintenance. In short, it doesn't worth for the price.

It was great. We got the pluge pool but we didnt go in it as it is so dirty.

Not easy to get to, it's around 15 mins drive to patong beach. Not recommended if u are not traveling light, changed 3 sets of lifts, 2 sets of stairs before getting to the apartment. Due to the location of the apartment, most tuk tuk and taxi driver will not take you up to the hotel. The power sockets in the rooms cannot be use with travel adopters. Wifi signal can only work in the bed room.

2nd time staying here however standards has dropped drastically. The staffs were unhelpful & didn't take our feedback seriously. During our first stay, everything was perfect hence we our return visit. Book 2x one apartment duplex room w plunge pool however was told that there wasn't enough room for us to stay side by side or have the same exact room as we book so they upgraded one of our rooms to a totally different layout (not even pictured in the website). Room was equipped with a king size bed (as claimed - but actually got queen bed. The room that we initially booked was a big king size bed, that our family member got) and a jacuzzi - small and dirty. And only one small TV. Compared to the room that we initially booked for, there were 2 TVs and a big plunge pool. Aside to that, the room that was "upgraded" was noisy at night. Noise of water running through the pipes. Requested for another room & insisted we have the same room as we initially booked and they say OK we can move next day as it will be vacant the next day while they will send someone to check on our room. However to our disappointment, we were told that the occupant will be extending their stay instead so we will not be able to move out and that they claimed our room had no issues after checking. Just ridiculous how they're so ignorant. Totally regret coming back the 2nd time! Service suck, you don't get what you paid for. Booked room 1-2months before, still no vacancy? Then pls do not put up 4 reservations.

Experience at the privilege was nothing short of great. We found it really easy to access to the main side of Patong. Within a couple minutes drive away. Apartment was nice, and the stay was enjoyable! Would definitely return in the near future.

If you more friendly to the customer the more your will attract customers.... During all my trips alive the world this is the first place to be asked to leave the passport as guarantee ..... What passport for guarantee ? I'm not your enemy and I didn't come here to steal from you.... During check in around 8 pm there were 2 staff one friendly man and one angry lady as we are her enemies.... The flat itself is wonderful view is amazing but.... BUT the way go up there was so risky and far if you don't have car Some points you can't see what coming on the other side especially if you going to building 1 parking There was a plunge pool at the room but no hot water and they will tell you it last 3 hours to be filled "nb . They switch off the pump so it would take longer time" manually you can switch it on. Fire alarm need to be fixed Wifi keep disconnecting Please be more friendly
