Iberostar Selection Eolia Djerba

Upon arrival at Iberostar Eolia Selection, we were somewhat disappointed. Nobody came to greet us or assist with our luggage, and when we were handed our room key, no information was provided about the hotel’s activities, where to collect beach towels, or other essential details one would expect from a 5-star establishment. The first impression, unfortunately, did not reflect 5-star service. As our stay went on, however, things improved significantly. Mimita, Lamia, and Rim at reception were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel more welcome. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas were beautiful, offering a wide selection of delicious food. That said, clearer labeling of dishes, desserts, and fresh juices would be very helpful, as many items were unlabeled. The staff were consistently cheerful, attentive, and eager to help. It would also enhance the experience to have someone at the restaurant entrance to guide guests through the buffet and highlight special offerings such as the outdoor BBQ, which we only discovered by chance. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The true highlight, though, was the beach. Always kept clean and orderly thanks to Kursiya, who was incredibly attentive and always ready to help us find a sunbed. The sea itself was stunning crystal-clear with a brilliant aqua-turquoise hue.

Beautiful property , friendly Staff , right on the ocean . We enjoyed our experience.

After visiting serval cities and hotels, this was my favorite stay in Tunisia. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I had a nice view of the courtyard. The breakfast spread was very plentiful and delicious. I will say one area of improvement would be the front desk staff, not very friendly and seemed a bit racist ( would put on all smiles and great service for white Europeans).

I loved this hotel, so much to like, it has a great pool! great food, great staff and access to private beach, loved every min of my stay

This hotel has the potential to be awsome. It is in a great condition. the rooms are big, well equipped and very comfortable. great facilities and staff that are as caring and supportive as your parents. The biggest let down is that it seems there are not enough staff and supervision is missing. If you ask for something you will get it at one point but it should have been there already. the other let down is the food. Breakfast is bland and basic buffet. No imagination at all and really not worthy of the hotel. Again seems that there is no supervision. The whole hotel seems to be on autopilot for a while and what breaks does not get fixed. I still want to give a big thanks to the staff and especially receptionist Lamya for taking care of us during a very bad sick spell and everything they did for us.

Will definitely do it again

We booked this nice hotel that indicates that they have AC. We get there and the room was super hot, the AC wouldn’t work. I went down to reception to report the issue and they were like A.C only work in summer . Very disappointing

Hotel au top, grande chambre très agréable et propre. Le petit dejeuner au top avec du choix et surtout c'est bon. Enfin un 5 étoiles à la hauteur sur djerba, très contente d'avoir decouvert cet hotel ou je reviendrais pour les vacances avec grand plaisir. Je recommande !

Les infrastructures sont très bien, chambres spacieuses, piscine bien équipée, plage agréable. Les moins sont la restauration des plats froids , pas suffisamment de serveurs et un restaurant très bruyant. Autre point négatif est le bar , le personnel est pas très présent pour les clients… pour moi l’hôtel

Tout était parfait

Ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié c'est la chambre avec tout le confort nécessaire peignoir chausson sèche-cheveux etc. La gentillesse du personnel et le ménage fait. Concernant les repas assez de plats variés
