Arycanda Kirman Premium - Ultra All Inclusive

Excellent service, very clean and well maintained. No complaints. Plenty of food and drinks all day/night. Good kids club with daily activities. Brilliant aqua parks (1 for kids and and 1 for big kids)

We had a wonderful time at Arycanda in Turkey and would highly recommend it for families. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Our family room was huge with extremely comfortable beds, and the mini bar selection was excellent. The pool area is glorious, with plenty of space for everyone. Like most resorts, you do need to head down early to secure a sunbed, but aside from that, I have no complaints. Dining: • Breakfast: Excellent variety and taste – my daughter especially loved her daily pancakes and waffles. • Lunch: The main restaurant’s lunch options were a little limited; I’d definitely recommend heading to the pool restaurant instead as the choices there were much better. • Dinner: Overall, the selection was great. However, for a hotel in Turkey, I was disappointed not to see more authentic Turkish dishes – it felt like a missed opportunity. The menu seemed heavily catered towards Russian and European guests, with a lot of stews that felt unnecessary. Despite those minor food preferences, Arycanda is a brilliant family-friendly hotel and one we would happily return to.

The food options were poor and all of the food was bland and badly cooked. Perhaps they would be better doing a fewer dishes really well than offering a lot of dishes prepared poorly. Despite advertising as an Ultra All inclusive hotel no alcohol is offered in the room mini bar after the first day. Witnessed very poor health and safety practice by staff constructing a pool event - using electrical extension sockets in the wet to power electrical compressors and plugged into a standard wall socket with no intermediate circuit breaker protection. Children were standing in the pools of water and stepping on the extension power cables. All together a hotel with adequate capital investment and facilities but poorly trained and sometimes rude staff, all with a very poor grasp of dealing with customers in a 5 star setting and very limited English language ability.

This is not a 5 star property I’ve called and complained from the first day I attempted to stay. Their reviews are all fake their staff are scammers worst experience with a bunch of liars

Perfect for families with young children, lots of activities; plenty of outdoor pool space, kids slides, indoor pool, kids club, indoor activities (games room & bowling) Very clean hotel. Not alot of staff spoke english, mostly german/russian speaking. Evening entertainment was abit lacking, not much of a variety, but the overall stay was pleasant.

Beautiful resort, clean, safe, friendly staff, food is amazing. Definitely recommend. A couple things we didn’t like: A/C in the room was not cooling properly, bad odor from the sink and shower drains. We enjoyed our stay in early April, we opened the balcony door to get fresh air, not sure about the air quality during hot season.

First Family Holiday in Turkey – A Great Experience! This was our first time holidaying in Turkey with kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. When we arrived, I wasn’t happy with the room, but to my surprise, they offered us several alternative options to choose from — something you don’t often see at hotels. It made a great first impression. Room cleaning could have been better, and we did have to raise it with the hotel, but they responded quickly and did their best to sort it out. One of the standout features was having a personal manager assigned to us — it made everything so much easier and stress-free. All in all, a great hotel with fantastic staff. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel very clean with good facilities. Staff are always available to help with any issues if any and make sure you have a comfortable stay.

My whole family had a blast! Was plenty of activities to choose from, food was tasty!

Great Place to stay!

Nice friendly staff. Nice pools and great food. Buffet is much greater than Ala carte restaurant. Rooms are spacious with nice balcony. Beach is rocky and it was a bit chilly at the beginning of May. Overall was a nice experience.

Beautiful hotel, nice food, helpful staff

We had a great vacation with my wife in Kirman Arycanda De Luxe for 10 days. Actually this is high level hotel with friendly stuff which works as one family, great all flavor food, fantastic massage and spa. Area and the sea short is perfect. You can find a lot of things to do for you and your children, exceptional evening shows, many bars with delicious cocktails and a lot of entertainment engaging guest from dances, party games, water polo and others. We spent unforgettable times, everything was included. Oh yes, fantastic pool to relax. All personal were friendly and supportive. The great hall with piano music. Easy tour scheduling and car rental. SO everything was so easy and it's been continuous pleasure for the whole vacation time! Thank you Arycanda! I hope we will come again.

This place is amazing and the gust relation is amazing All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating The place has everything you could need. Great food, clean facilities and comfortable beds. We enjoyed 8 days there.

Hotel service is very professional

Overall, the property is nice. You are given a contact of an assistant who could help you with your requests. Ours was friendly and accommodating. We paid for a sea view, but got a partial sea view, at best. We were offered another room two days later, but at that point didn't want to move. The food was good, but we found good cocktails only at the bar on floor -2. The service at the big restaurant wasn't great, we had to wait for our drinks every time. Animation is very limited, but considering the size of the hotel it is expected. A lot of it occurs at night, and if you are trying to sleep earlier, probably not going to happen. The shows are very loud, sometimes going almost until midnight. I've been to bigger hotels where they entertain you non-stop, and we didn't see it here. I wouldn't recommend it for teenagers or singles. The beach is well-kept, mostly sandy. Families with small kids might find it challenging as there isn't much shallow space. However, pool area is great for little kids. Aqua park was great, lines are small and rides are fun. Its hours are limited, though. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet, family-oriented place, you would like it. One more note - 80 euro shuttle to the airport seemed expensive.

I stayed in the hotel for 8 days The hotel is simple and small in size compared to other resorts, the food needs improvement, the cleanliness is not what it should be, as I was in room number 1333 and the side of the room in the corridor there is a smell of sewage, the air conditioner inside the room drips water, the cleaners open the door of the room in the morning without knocking on the door , Only the reception speaks English and other workers don't speak English and that's bad because no one understands you. On the positive side, the hotel is small and this is good for a family with children for easy movement inside, the activities are varied and daily, the waiters are good, the kids club is nice and the girls who work in it are very kind with children, the young people who activate games and activities are kind, I advise not to allow people in the neighboring resort to use the facilities of this resort because most of them come from the neighboring hotel and this leads to overcrowding In the end, the hotel is beautiful, and the cleanliness next to the pool and the general facilities are good.. I advise everyone to drink only from the bar located on the -2 floor in front of market it is the best bar and the young man who works in it is so kind and speaks fluent English and the best one how make cocktails..

We will say that the resort is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. That being said, the service is abysmal and we would not recommend visiting this resort due to this reason. There is really too much to write so i wont go into detail. Pay attention and read other reviews regarding service and you will see the lack of service is normal here. We have been to all-inclusives in mexico, aruba, and the dominican multiple times so we have experienced what excellent service can be. We'd recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.
