We really enjoyed our stay at Crown Plaza Antalya Hotel, Staff are amazing nice very helpful, and very welcoming, they deliver to our room platter of fruit at our arrival, and a big cake few days after to celebrate our marriage anniversary and also breakfast take away on our departure day as we left early in the morning, the hotel has a splendid on the sea and swimming pool. We enjoyed jacuzzi in our room it was a very nice surprise as we didn't know before our arrival. Definitely we do all we can to come back with our kids. Thank you for everything.

I stayed at the Grand Plaza and was genuinely impressed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an elegant interior and a wide range of facilities—including even a hairdresser on-site. Everything inside the hotel was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The highlight for me was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly and truly made my stay enjoyable. One standout moment was when I returned my hire car and a concierge kindly collected it for me at the car park, which I thought was a lovely touch. The only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, was the noise from a nearby bar. Loud music played until around 1 a.m., which could be a disturbance for light sleepers. Perhaps some additional soundproofing could help in the future. That said, if you can tolerate a bit of nighttime noise, this is a fantastic hotel with top-tier service. I’d definitely recommend it, especially thanks to the wonderful team working there.

The place OK Since it was in such close proximity to Lara beach which was an absolute must visit. The pool was also nice but everything else seemed a bit outdated (the rooms, amenities etc) the pictures we saw before going are old and not an accurate representation but again for the location it was ok, a bit overpriced.

Booked this hotel and had to cancel just 12 hours later due to a medical emergency. Despite the short time frame and extenuating circumstances, the hotel refused any refund or even partial credit. Zero flexibility, zero empathy, and unhelpful communication throughout. Disappointed and would not book here again—especially given how many other hotels in Turkey are far more understanding and responsive.

The hotel was nice and clean, right by the beach. Beautiful view from the small balcony. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Large swimming pool. I liked the rooftop restaurant - the atmosphere there was really nice, with a great view, live music, and cocktails. The rooms need some updates, though. Also, when we arrived at the hotel, no staff came to greet us or help with our luggage. That said, I would stay again.

For a 5 star hotel my stay was really average. Service in both restaurants was really poor, lack of attentiveness and service. Some reception staff are really rude and not helpful. Housekeeping on the other hand is great and friendly. Good location but that’s about it- asked for a beach towel and got given 1 that was ripped. Really disappointed in my stay, I expected better for 5 stars. Restaurant staff just stand around and chat to each other, not pay attention to paying customers there was a multiple times I had to get up and order from the bar.

Upon entering room 906, I was unfortunately greeted by a large cockroach. The bathroom also had a rather unpleasant sewage odor. The breakfast selection was quite limited, lacking orange juice and only offering orange squash instead. Only plus side is the location but this hotel has seen bettwr days!

This hotel looks nice from outside and when you first enter but the rooms are small, we booked 2 rooms for our family of 6 and found the rooms to be small for us breakfast was included and we found the selection of food to be limited we inly stayed one night, we did go swimming in the inside pool on the first day with the kids and while the kids where playing we had a member of the pool staff come over and tell us to tell our kids to be quiet as there was a massage parlour next door which i found really rude as there was other kids in the pool and the only cam up to us and said it to us, how do u tell your kids to be quiet when there having fun in the pool can the not laugh so this is why i say it isnt really a family orientated hotel so i wouldnt book again, we just felt like we was being watched all the time because we where a large family of 6.

This is the word the most worst day I ever had when I went to the hotel they gave me a room inside it smell smoking, boom the room smell like smoke the whole night there was no AC in the room. I called the person that is really hard for me to decide to open the windows. Also, the washroom was dirty not clean tub was really really dirtyand then I asked him the washroom is not clean. The person told me that their supplies in the bathroom and I can clean the bathroom by myself so I would not recommend this to anybody.

Excellent location and beautiful lounge and reception are. Sea facing and good area to enjoy good walks. Rim, the Manager was very helpful and arranged a tour for us within a short time. Negatives are the bathroom was very old and needs refurbishment. Vegetarian options in breakfast buffet were limited, expected some cakes and muffins, Also, it was not a pleasant experience seeing cats running around the breakfast restaurant area.
