Property is old.sewer smell in the room.staff extremely helpfull and nice.they need major updates.

The bathroom drain didn't work. Although there were three elevators, only two were working, so I waited 20 minutes for an elevator in the hallway with no air conditioning. Even though I hung a do not disturb sign on my room door, my door was opened at 9 a.m. on Sunday. When I reported this to the receptionist when I checked out, the staff were very rude. A waste of time and money. I would never recommend it.

Stayed for three nights liked it for location close to Metro Gayrettepe , clean rooms with daily room cleaning, however air condition was not cooling the room specially at night. despite multiple reminders in person to front desk it was not fixed.

Good location ,price performance

I booked non-smoking Superior King Room, but received room #914 which isn't non-smoking and isn't superior (with stained carpets, full size bed and awful cigarettes smell). I was in a mood to give a very negative review, but after I saw how the housekeeper did her best to clean and ventilate my room, I changed my mind. Also breakfast was included in my booking and it was very, very good.

No cleaning inside room.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my current hotel experience in Turkey, where I have come to undergo a serious medical procedure. I specifically chose this hotel due to its proximity to the hospital (only five minutes away), but my stay has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we checked in, we faced one issue after another: The air conditioning in our first room was not working. We were moved to a second room, but the windows wouldn't shut. The third room had ongoing construction noise from the floor above. In the fourth room, the bathroom wouldn't flush, and the TV did not work. The fifth room’s door wouldn't lock, and when they tried to fix it, the entire mechanical system fell apart. The sixth room had an unbearably noisy, outdated air conditioning system, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Finally, we were moved to a seventh room, where the bathroom is now flooded. Despite these continuous issues, the hotel management has been completely unhelpful. They refuse to speak with us, even though they speak my mother tongue, and they claim the hotel manager is too busy. The customer relationship manager has limited authority and cannot resolve our concerns. Given my serious health condition, this ongoing stress is unacceptable. I urgently need your assistance in resolving this matter, whether by securing a proper, functional room or arranging an alternative accommodation. Please respond as soon as possible.

Everything was good nothings wrong there , receptionist was very friendly nice behaved , breakfast staff was very good I am happy.

Clean and quiet room, close to everything.

Pretty good place for a great price. Would be amazing if they can take care of some of the issues in their bathrooms where there is no way to stop the shower water from coming into the entire bathroom floor because there is not good coverage.
