Brand new hotel. Friendly staff and super clean rooms. Breakfast was food but they charge extra for coffee which I don’t know why. It should be free.

It was a wonderful stay but too short... very beautiful hotel and very nice room...great breakfast and amazing staff at reception.... Great location and I will definitely stay at your hotel again when I am visiting your city..
Really like a 5* hotel...
Have no complaints and only compliments for the hotel..

Hem geçen sene hem de bu sene İstanbul-Trabzon seyahat yolumuzu ikiye bölmek için kaldık. Daha öncesinde de memnun kaldığımız için tekrardan burayı tercih ettik. Giriş-çıkıştaki ilgileri, otopark konusunda yardımları dondurucu kullanımı ile ilgili destekleri için çok teşekkürler... Sadece son konaklamamızda odadaki tv kumandası çalışmıyordu, telefon edip söyledik ama ilgilenen olmadı. Bir yıldızı ordan kırdım. Sonrasında da yorgunluktan uyuduk sabah yola çıktık.
