Every thing was good ,just a little issue with laundry

It smelled badly at the lobby all 4 days we have stayed. We were not heard to renew towels though asked though reception a couple of times, they always repeated that towels were in laundry. Breakfast was simple, no coffee machine.

Above average for the price

Had to request a room change due to some unpleasant smell and also request room service for empty shampoo/body wash bottles. Otherwise liked free valet parking, room design/suze, sea view, breakfast buffet selection and helpful staff.

Fine property but largely in disrepair. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Walls are dirty. The tiles need replacement. Fine breakfast.

Far a way from the center of the city but wonderful place

We booked the hotel by the name of the brand but it’s not match it’s standards we booked the room for extra charged for sea view for 3 people but when we arrived it was very small room with very poor condition damage floor dirty couch we tell them they said we can change your room but if you want bigger room you need to pay extra we paid extra they send us in bigger room it was better in size but the temperature was very hot we kept complaining they said we are fixing it but nothing happened we has to change again finally we got settled. Amenities only break fast was included rest you has to paid extra even for the pool.

There is a literal nightclub *inside* the hotel building with loud music thumping past midnight. It's difficult to sleep in some rooms even with really good earplugs. Service is also poor. For instance, a desk clerk accidentally put my husband and I into a better room than the one for which we'd paid. We got a call at around 6:30 pm insisting that we pay the price difference for the 2 nights we'd already stayed. Of course, I refused, and they made us move rooms right away or pay the difference for that night even though I was in bed for the evening recovering from a medical procedure and there was no one wanting to book the room. The right actions would have been to (1) never even suggest we should pay for their mistake and (2) have us move rooms the next morning, since it wouldn't have cost them anything but would have saved my husband and I a lot of stress (I was still groggy from anesthesia and in no shape to pack up all of our belongings and move to a different room). Similarly, they require tokens to use the laundry machines but didn't have enough so we often had to wait more than a day even though there were empty machines. They also wouldn't refund if you bought tokens you didn't need right away so we ended up holding on to them until we had more laundry when other guests needed them. Oh, and they had pots and pans that weren't compatible with the induction stove in my room but wouldn't just provide compatible ones. Instead, I once again had to pack up and move rooms.

Did meet my expectations

The room had a fantastic view of the sea and the islands. But the windows were terribly dirty, we were able to see the view through a mist of dust and mud.

Actually onne of the best my selection in asian side of istanbulis this hotel you have a suit concept & confort room & if you rent a car its a best place instate price of rate hotel,im coming again.
