Super Paradise Hotel

Check in was a little slow. The hotel staff were unorganized and could not located my reservation. The room I was taken to had not been cleaned nor could they find the bathroom key. The room was decent; however, the busy street and loud music made this hotel's location less desirable for someone who is wanting more peace and quiet. Kampala is noisy in general; there's always loud music playing and traffic never stops. Eventually, the staff switched my room for a more expensive room which I refused to pay anymore for; thus, I ended up checking out early and returning to Entebbe. The city of Entebbe is much more relaxed; it's better for tourist I believe. The food at this hotel in Kampala was not that good. The first meal I ordered was inedible and smelled horrible. On a positive note, there was a very friendly lady at the check in desk who was always there to greet us with a warm smile; she was the best part of this hotel experience. If you like loud music and an active nightlife, this spot could be for you!!
