Aside from the condition of the parking lot, it was truly a pleasure to stay with you.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days while looking for an apartment in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The area had plenty of dining options that were in walking distance. You have to park on the street but that is typical for NY unless you won't to pay for parking. I had no problems finding a place to park while I was there.

I was pleasantly surprised that the beds were very comfortable. I struggle with horrible back pain and slept great there. Staff was great and building very nice

First room was filthy, but that as correct by offering me other rooms. Overall there is not enough attention to detail when it some to clan but the female staff member at the reception who work early to late evening is a gem.

The staff are always pleasant and hospitable. Also, the property and rooms are always super clean. Can’t wait to come back!

For my purposes the location could not be better. Breakfast was offered and coffee and tea available 24/7. The place was updated and clean. A little loud but it is the city after all. Room was small but adequate. I’d stay her again.

My stay was affordable and comfortable. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the bed and pillows were better than expected —I requested feather-free pillows, and they obliged. The location is convenient, within walking distance to a bodega, dining options, and other amenities. It’s also close to the freeway, which made getting around easier. Around Coney Island is about 30 minutes away, depending on traffic. The staff was professional and courteous. Overall, I would recommend it.

There are no designated handicap vehicle parking spaces or areas.

I loved the place, very clean, located in a nice area, very clean, I want to thank the cleaning staff because every time I arrived my room was spotless.

Very nice, clean new property

Pleasantly surprised by this no-frills but very clean and modern hotel option. When I stay away from home, the most important thing to me is cleanliness. I can't relax if my surroundings are clean. The avid was very clean. I loved that there was no carpet in the rooms (much easier to clean). The all-white linens also added to the clean feelings. Highly recommend to others who appreciate cleanliness and will keep the place clean :)
