The decor was updated, the space equip with essential needs, the bed was comfortable, and spacious balcony.

The property was nice. My only complaint is that it only has one bathroom in the unit.

There are restaurants and bars close by, supermarkets and shopping areas I enjoyed my time. Bed was comfortable. Modern decor. Good kitchenette.

We had a wonderful time stay in this place for the week. It’s very convenient place close to everything and the management was super nice and had a great communication with us. Room is spacious and had a pool kitchen comfortable living room. Also very clean . We will be back next time in town.

THIS STAY HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED MY FAMILY AND I ENJOYED PREPARING MEALS AND SITTING OUT BACK FOR LONG TALKS AS SUNSET THE POOL IS NICE AND BEDDING SUPER COMFORTABLE YOU'D PROBABLY NOT EVEN WANT TO LEAVE HUGE TV FOR MOVIE NIGHTS INSIDE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE

This property was overall really nice , it has everything you need in the kitchen and to feel right at home , we stayed for about 20 days and the only complaint I would have is the apartments are not soundproof even though they are advertised. You can hear everything from every floor. And as for no smoking on the premises, yes they enforce it and I noticed everyone was doind it and I received a complaint for smoking. Trained Service Animals are allowed, but there is a no pet policy. Make sure you communicate properly with management, otherwise you will also receive complaints. Overall Great stay , Great Communication, I would come back.

OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL FOR MY HUSBAND AND I! WE LOVED HOW CLOSE IT WAS TO EVERYTHING! WE WALKED TO BCCC, PUBLIX, AND ALL THE PLACES INBETWEEN. THE POOL WAS NICE AND CLEAN. WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!

We had an excellent stay. We could hear the neighbors from the hallway but couldn't hear them at all through our shared wall. It would be nice to have a drying rack or ice trays, but very minor thoughts about an overall very pleasant stay. I will say that the listing I looked at just said there were machines to do laundry, and did not specify that the laundry is a shared one for the building. You need an app and while its $2 to run, there is a $10 minimum on the app.

Everything was excellent! We loved our “apartment” which was extra fully equipped. One thing you might consider is placing non-skid strips in the bathtub and possibly a handrail in the tub as well. Just to prevent an unfortunate accident would be a plus.

The communication with the property before and during the trip was exceptional. The information regarding accessing the property for check-in and helpful tips to make our stay more efficient was amazing. The Cordova Arms by Rocketstay team is superior and very responsive and informative.

The property was nice and easy access instructions. Overall the stay was great despite a few hiccups that arose that was out of their control, however the host responded very quickly to all issues in a kind and friendly manner and often followed up to assure everything was okay. The only other complaint I would have is that there is no guest parking, only the one space assigned for the unit.

The property management was fully engaged, the unit we stayed in was very comfortable. Bed & pillows were some of the best I have ever experienced. We needed to get used to the noise in the hallway at times.

Not What I Expected – Needs Improvement Despite Good Equipment I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations. The location felt a bit unsettling — the street was dark and unappealing, which set the tone from the start. While the apartment appears attractive in photos and at first glance, it felt more like a set from a reality show makeover — visually appealing but lacking quality finishes. There were several details that stood out for the wrong reasons: loose tiles in the bathroom, blinds that didn’t fully cover the windows (which made the bedroom visible from the street at night), and a streetlight beaming directly across the bed, making it hard to sleep. I also found the bath/shower setup to be quite unsafe, especially since we were traveling with my 75-year-old mother-in-law. Another concern was the presence of mosquitoes inside the apartment, even though the windows remained closed. On a positive note, the apartment is very well equipped — TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, a fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary utensils. That said, the overall cleanliness could be improved, especially the windows and walls, which were noticeably dirty. With some care and attention to detail, this property could offer a much better experience. For now, I’d say it’s not suitable for guests looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a higher standard of accommodation.
