Would not stay again

The room we had was spacious and had the amenities we needed including a large sink for dishes! It was pretty close to the freeway so it was louder outside and in the corridor, but it didn't bother us much. It was close to Legoland and say to access stores and restaurants.

This wasn’t a bad place but the first night I tried to log onto the Wi-Fi with the password that they gave me and it didn’t work so I had no Wi-Fi the first night. I went to the front desk and she couldn’t get it to work either little did we know that it was written wrong on the card it should’ve been just 9000 not guest 9000. Besides that I rented from Sunday through Wednesday and when I came in on Tuesday night they hadn’t made my bed or anything. So I called the front desk and she said oh they cleaned every other day and I’m like well that doesn’t make sense because they clean on Monday and I had just gotten there and then nobody told me like who does that I’m paying any money to clean my room at least make my bed. That’s what I pay you for

The "breakfast" was basically a Twinkie and coffee. The rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet for being right by the freeway. We liked the suite because it fit our rooming needs. The hot and cold on the tub were reversed from the signage, which is dangerous. The second bathroom had tub and toilet, but no sink. There was a sink in the next room in the kitchen area.

Great hotel

Courteous staff, clean rooms, safe neighborhood

Staff was very unfriendly, pool was dirty and unwelcoming light breakfast consisted on tiny muffin and coffee

This was a nice hotel. We would stay here again when we come back to Carlsbad

They keep it very clean and you are close to the beach

The room lay out was weird. Two bathrooms but only 1 had a sink and mirrors. Only elevator to go up and down bo stairs (fire danger) lots of noise from the i-5.

6 min drive from LEGOLAND. Staff was nice, rooms were very spacious. No complaints

The staff all were amazing, from house keeping to front desk management, they all act like they really like there job and it showed in there work and how they treat people, I was very impressed with all the employees. As far as the rooms, NO dressers! did not understand that at all. And the freeway is so loud you did not need alarm to wake you and sometimes it was hard to go to sleep.

Comforatable room

Only issue was the window for my room faced the highway, so I could not open it without it being loud, but closed, no issues. Room was perfect otherwise. Staff and service were great.

Great stay. Very good mattress and pillows.
