Charges for parking unacceptable! Website stated breakfast was $10.00, but when we arrived it was $15.00!! If you are going to charge for these amenities be up front about it. These surprises make customers mad 😡

Hi there, I stayed in room 415 and wanted to share a couple of issues I encountered. The blind meant to block outside light wasn’t working properly, and the bathroom ceiling vent was constantly running with a loud, industrial-like noise. That said, the rest of the room was spotless — the pillows, bedding, and overall cleanliness were excellent. Thank you!

The room was large and clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. They charged $15pp for breakfast that would typically be included with the stay--serve yourself coffee, fruit, bacon, sausage and potatoes. They ran out of eggs so only charged us for one breakfast. I'd have rather gone and spent my money at Waffle House so someone else could make my waffle and pour my coffee, just sayin'. My spouse was already eating though. Also got charged $10 for parking--the location is right off the interstate. Just felt a bit nickle and dimed.

To start off, there was a small homeless encampment right across the street- wasn’t really pleased to see that at the beginning of our vacation not to mention the place where we will be leaving our cars unattended. Front staff was pleasant and easy to talk to however the odor you smelt once you walked through the door was of a used moldly mop that had been sitting in a mop bucket for an extended period of time. The real issues started once we got up to our room and opened the door. First of all, there was a big black stain visible from the entrance of the room on the carpet. When we told the front desk about it, they said they would inform housekeeping and it would be taken care of (it never got taken care of). Secondly, the retractable blinds covering the window was broken so we could not let any natural light in for the duration of our stay (4 nights 5 days). Next was the faucet on the sink, you could move it side to side and wiggle it frontward and backward. Then comes the housekeeping service. For the first night, we hung the DND sign on the door as our room did not need to be serviced. The following day we removed it before we left the hotel for the rest of the day. When we returned in the evening, our room had not been serviced. The next day when we headed downstairs to leave for that day, we asked the front desk if our room could get serviced. We come back that evening & it STILL wasn’t serviced. ATP we were tired of talking and asking so we just stopped.

No parking, QR code in room to scan for food is terrible, I ordered via their QR code posted and wait almost 2 hours for chips and “homemade” salsa. Had to pick it up after selecting ‘delivery to room’. Then being told that ordering on the website doesn’t work. (Then why have it posted in the room) phone didn’t work to call it in either. Salsa was most definitely NOT homemade at all, Cheap picante salsa. Requested towels twice and had to go down twice for them after being told they’d bring them up and never did. Floors stained terribly in the room. Heard people in the floor above us walking all day and all night. Awful place. Complimentary bottles of water in the rooms are only for elite members not the average guests that pay $500 a weekend.
