It served its purpose, but is somewhat run down. Don’t skip the Mexican restaurant, it’s the best part of the hotel. It’s a 10 minute drive from the Amphitheater which is the main reason for booking

The door had about a quarter inch gap around it. Good thing it didn't rain or anything. Other than that it was okay for a one night stay.

We travel with a dog and suspect we had what we term a "dog room" ... one designated for those who travel with a dog. While the room had seen much use and wear and tear, it was clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff was courteous and accommodating, but the room left much to be desired. The furniture was dated, the headboard was peeling, and there was noticeable dirt and paper debris around the bed, indicating poor housekeeping.

Convenient location for hiking Rainier from the Sunrise side (45 minutes to the park). Lots of restaurants nearby (they have a Mexican restaurant in the hotel). Easy to walk or drive to things and get supplies. I lost my ID there and they called me and mailed it to me. Thanks!

Room assigned was not cleaned. Took 45 minutes to get another room. New room had no trash cans, no hook on bathroom door. Stayed three nights. After two, requested room to be cleaned. Was questioned. Needed more coffee, wash cloths and toilet paper.

This was a very average hotel for the amount we paid to stay. We came to Washington for eight nights traveling across to all three national parks and this was the most expensive place we stayed and by far the most average - it was clean but breakfast was your standard yogurt, cereal, toast coffee and banana choices for continental breakfast.
